Our one-bedroom, one-bath casita is well maintained and attractively furnished. It has everything needed for a delightful stay. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, bath, and sliding glass doors to the patio. It is fully furnished with southwestern decor, offers a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and standard cleaning equipment. Patio furniture is provided to enjoy the warm Arizona sunshine. Linens are provided for the kitchen, bed, bath, and pool.

The condominium complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds, heated pool, and spa.

Our Lakeside Resort Casita is located in Fountain Hills, which is just east of Scottsdale. The community is nestled in the foothills of the McDowell Mountains, and it is characterized by foothill terrain, clean and clear air, and God's creative beauty.

The condominium complex is adjacent to a lake and park. Fountain Hills takes its name from a unique attraction designed and installed in the lake. It is the tallest, fully-operating fountain in the world. The 560-foot-high fountain accentuates the grandeur of surrounding mountains. Enjoy the small town atmosphere with all the conveniences of the big cities nearby.

Our location has something for everyone. Several, superbly scenic, golf courses are nearby. Several beautiful parks, McDowell Mountain Park, and Saguaro Lake with its boating and fishing are just minutes away. More beauty and grandeur is within a half-day drive: lakes, mountains, desert, old western towns, and mines.

There is a wide range of shopping, ranging from gift shops, galleries, boutiques, fashion malls, and old town shops. Fountain Hills offers elegant and casual dining with American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese cuisine. The award-winning Fountain Hills Community Theater delights audiences year round with a full schedule of adult and children's theater productions.

We are located 35 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport just off the Beeline Highway 87. Other exciting attractions are nearby in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix. The adventurous may want to take a day trip to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Apache Trail, or Mexico.
