Built in 2005, Brisa de Mar is a newer luxury direct oceanfront home in Surf City on Topsail Island. Amenities include a private, indoor elevator that services all three floors, flat-screen TVs and DVD players in the living area and in all 5 bedrooms, free WiFi, and 2 large decks off of the second and third floors.
The reverse floor plan provides stunning views of the ocean from the living area and dining areas as well as the kitchen. The living room includes a 42" plasma TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo, and Playstation 2 as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a full-service kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
The top floor also includes the master suite, complete with jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet. In addition, the suite includes a desk complete with computer, fax machine, printer, and phone with free long-distance calling within the continental US. The top floor also has a laundry room with washer/dryer and a powder room. The large deck off this floor includes a picnic table, chaise lounge chairs, rocking chairs and direct access down to the beach.
The middle floor has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, DVD players, and phones with free long-distance calling. The two oceanfront bedrooms have sliding doors leading directly to the deck and the stairs to the beach as well as queen beds and ottomans that have pull-out sleepers to sleep an additional person each. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The third bedroom is also attached to a bathroom and has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on bottom, a single bed on top and a single trundle bed below. The fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The bottom floor has an enclosed entryway with stairs and elevator access. Outside the enclosed area are two covered parking spaces, with two additional spots available in the driveway.
