My family of fourteen celebrated Christmas at this wonderful oceanfront house!! There were 10 adults and 4 kids under the age of 11. We had never been away from home for the holidays so this was a very big deal!! Everything was just as it was described in the listing - there were no surprises! In fact, we found the house to be more delightful than stated! Location, layout, amenities, furnishings were great and the view was incredible!! Waking up to the sand and surf every morning was so peaceful!! The owner was especially helpful....the perfect host! Also, the location couldn't have been better - we went to The San Diego Zoo, Sea World and Legoland! Of course, we played on the beach and walked the pier, too! We would certainly recomment this property to friends and relatives! We didn't want to leave...thanks so much, Harmon, for sharing the Pink Dolphin with us!! Hope to return in the future!!

The downside with rating the house as Excellent is that it will fill up even faster and it will be harder to actually go back ... but it is truly wonderful! Pink Dolphin is great, super location, very realistic pictures of what you are actually getting, great setup, spacious, cool owner, love that the house was not all bare but had all the sandtoys/boards and even bicylces; necessities such as salt/pepper/spices/ketchup and stuff was there and one did not have to buy every small detail (some places are so bare that you have to spent two days shopping for stupid things like garbage bags, papertowels and dishwashing detergent). I can highly recommend the place, Imperial Beach is nice and peaceful, even during Easter the beach was relatively empty and quiet, went with a bunch of kids and still had peace as they 'dispersed' throughout the house, patios and beach. Loved it!

We had an incredible time at the pink dolphin for New Years 2010. This place has all the amenties including surf boards, beach gear, balls, bikes, etc.. Patio is unbelievable. Would love to live here.

The Pink Dolphin has been our perfect crew house over the last 2 years each time the yacht has been hauled out of the water for it's annual check. The sunsets are spectacular and the beach is perfect for surfing or just walking. We and the crew highly recommend it. IB is a fun community and we have enjoyed it very much on both occasions. My girlfriends and I stayed here for an absolutely amazing girl weekend! There was plenty of room for all of us. The owner was so wonderful and did such a great job making us comfortable. The beach was beautiful. WE had a lot of plans but enjoyed the beach house so much we never wanted to leave! We could not have asked for anything better. Thank you!

This home is spectacular. The patios are wonderful and beach access is right outside the door. The interior environment is very comfortable with all the amenities of home. IB is a great little beach community and close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
