Directly across the street from the Bay Head School providing easy access to new tennis courts, a ball field, and playground.
Plenty of space, indoors and out, for the perfect family beach getaway. The renovated kitchen/dining/living area has an open floor plan. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counters with a table to seat 6+. In addition to the living room area, there is a playroom with flat screen TV and computer. House is completely wired with cable and wireless hi-speed internet access for your convenience. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms (a large bunk room that sleeps 5, the master, and a third with two twin beds) and 2 full baths.
Great outdoor living space is easily accessed from the kitchen dining area through French doors opening to a wrap-around porch. A large deck area adjacent to the porch includes a dining set for 8 with umbrella. A large fenced-in yard is perfect for bocce, croquet or volleyball. The rear yard includes a heated pool surrounded by a deck complete with dining set and lounge chairs. Directly adjacent to the rear pool deck is an outdoor shower and changing area.
We’ll include 4 beach badges and bikes, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Sheets and towels are also included. So, just bring yourselves---it’s everything you need to start relaxing!
