Avalon is a beautiful, residential, shore resort with activities and plenty of fun close by. This home is one block from the center of town all the restaurants and walking distance to the beach. It is close to the community playground/ballfields with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball, and soccer fields. The home is across the street from the bay and close to a public dock.
This modern, non-smoking, four-bedroom twin sleeps up to twelve. One bedroom has three singles, one bedroom has two single beds and one bedroom has one Queen and one single. The master bedroom has two double beds. Also, the first floor has a pool table room with two sofas. This well-maintained, home has a driveway with a garage, large parking areas, two decks, and an outside shower. Great shopping, golf courses, and sightseeing are nearby.
