This Elkhorn home is perfect for the ultimate family or multi family vacation. If location is everything, this home is on the Elkhorn golf course with the bike path and bus stop directly across the street. The main floor of this home includes a large great room with open kitchen and dining area, stone fireplace, high def flat screen television, entertainment system and floor to ceiling windows which gives great natural sunlight and views of Baldy mountain. The beautiful kitchen is fully furnished and perfect for entertaining. Off the kitchen, you can relax on a large deck where the sun shines most of the day, which includes a gas barbeque.
This residence can accommodate at least 12 people. There are 4 bedrooms (1 king bed & 3 queen beds) and each has its own bathroom. Along with the bedrooms, there is a loft area with 4 bunk beds located above the great room. The large couch in the great room is also extremely comfortable and perfect for afternoon naps.
The location of this residence, on Elkhorn Road, allows easy access to all activities one can enjoy in the valley. The summer months provide endless hikes, biking, golf, white water rafting and fishing opportunities. In the winter, alpine and cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice skating and sleigh rides are just some of the activities to take part in. Also, guests of this home have access to all Elkhorn and Harker center amenities including tennis, golf, swimming pools and hot tubs.
