We just returned from spending a week at this condo for our 2nd year in a row. It is now our home away from home, we love it so much. The owners are awesome to work with and very nice people. You couldn't ask for more! It is everything the pictures show & more. It is very clean and well kept. Love having a full kitchen and all the amenities that come with it. Both times we have been has been in June but we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Just a very peaceful, laid back place. Highly recommend Cap't Jacks Seafood and Dusty's (local hangout) for eating places. Pier Park and the shops in Destin are also wonderful. Grocery stores are right there at the condo also, which was very convenient. Love it!!

My husband and I rented this condo for the month of March, 2011. The weather was lovely. The yard/parking lot was well kept and there was a lovely pool. We were very satisfied with the unit–it was nicely updated, and the same as pictured on the website. It was very clean, and had everything needed to prepare meals and do light housekeeping. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. The beds were very comfortable and there was a patio door to the back verandah in each of the bedrooms and a window in the master as well. The back verandah looked onto a protected area and we enjoyed the greenery and listening to the birds. The front verandah had a nice view of the ocean which had public access just across the road. The beach was amazing--white sand and the water a beautiful turquoise/green colour. This area is quiet–the spring breakers don’t seem to come this far up the beach. We were close to a Winn Dixie and a well-stocked convenience/liquor outlet called Carousel in the other direction. As well, there was a Publix a bit farther down Front Beach Road. Great shopping and restaurants/pubs in Pier Park including an Olive Garden which is one of our favourites. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at “The Salt Water Grill” which has great good food/liquor prices during their early bird special. We also enjoyed TGIF each week at “TGI Fridays”. Outlet shopping about a half hour away in Destin and also good shopping in Panama City including a large “Sam’s”. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return next year.

We stayed at Peachtree for the months of Feb & Mar, 2010. The unit was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed and then some plus the internet. The overall front view is beautiful facing the Gulf. It has a large balcony off the bedrooms with privacy overlooking wetlands and equipped with a gas grille that we used frequently. We love to walk and did many strolls to breakfast and lunch. The beach was especially nice for walking and collecting seashells! Tennis is another favorite of ours and we discovered Frank Brown Park about 1 mile away. There is a pool and walking trails and tennis courts plus other activities available for the community. Pier Park turned out to be my favorite shopping place and I introduced it to several friends who were visiting us. Even back here in Michigan I still miss it. Restuarants are in abundance but a few of our favorites were the Boar's Head, Pineapple Willy's and Marguaritteville (at Pier Park). We also visited the Zoo with my grandson. The zoo was perfect for walking and not as overwhelming as larger ones. We took a day trip by bus to Biloxi, MS to visit several casinos. This is very reasonable (about $10 per person, round trip) and a wonderful buffet luncheon is included. The bus was very nice and movies were shown to pass the driving time. I would do it again. Although the weather wasn't in our favor this year (as most of FL), it starting warming up around the middle of March. We extended our stay through the the middle of April and totally enjoyed our stay at Peachtree and Panama City Beach. Highly recommended. Beautiful condo and views (in the early morning you can see dolphins jumping in the Gulf). Beach entrance very close across the road). Peachtree is also located at the quiet end of Front Beach Drive.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 days in August 2009. The condo was clean and very tidy. Our only problem was with the air conditioner, which wasn't working quite right when we got there and it was very hot inside. After a quick call, it turned out the breakers simply needed to be flipped off, then back on. It worked fine then rest of our stay. The master bathroom is nice and the shower is a good size. There are two sinks and a large mirror. The view from the rear balcony leaves rather much to be desired, as it looks out over an undeveloped grove of scrub brush and small trees. But it's still nice to just hang out on. The stove and oven work well, and the kitchen has a decent outfit of basic cookware and utensils. All in all, this is quite a nice getaway spot, reasonably priced, and a short distance from the beach with a beach entrance right across the street.
