Our Ocean Front Studio has a fabulous unobstructed view of the ocean. The sunrise and dolphins are a treat in the mornings while sitting on our balcony having breakfast. Oceans II is directly on the beach at the north end of the Boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. Our studio has been totally renovated with new tile flooring, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances and furniture. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet dinner.
We have a huge entertainment center with new 32” TV with cable/HBO. We also supply a library of DVDs and videos for the DVD/Video. Our studio also has a Playstation with games, board games, & books for your entertainment. Our studio sleeps 3 comfortably with a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. A fourth person can sleep on the full size leather couch if needed. Our beds have featherbeds on top for added comfort along with pillows, shams and coverlets.
Oceans II has its own pool for your enjoyment along with the restaurant called EATS which is located at the front of Oceans II. Our studio has assigned parking and a keyless entry system which gives you access to our studio at your convenience. There are coin operated laundry facilities in the basement at Oceans II.

A very relaxing stay

This condo really does provide a relaxing getaway. It is very tastefully appointed, and has everything you need. It has a truly spectacular view--as good as anywhere on the strip. And it is in a great location--just at the northern end of the boardwalk. So it's a little more quiet than the middle of the boardwalk--but provides easy access to the beach and anywhere you want to go. It is small. I suspect it is a hotel room turned condo. Perfect for a single or a couple, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with my kids along. There is one negative that is easily fixed: While the interior of the condo is comfortable and provides everything you need, the exterior of the building is in pretty desperate need of some maintenance and TLC. The wood trim, metal railings and concrete are all in need of paint, and it could use a good scrubbing. I would still stay here again, but I hope the owners' association gets together and fixes the place up.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 7 days at the Oceanfront Condo & had a terrific time. The condo provided everything our family needed while away from home. We really enjoyed getting to know all the other residents of the neighboring condos - very friendly & helpful people. Of course the weather was beautiful and the beach was amazing. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay - we'll definitely recommend this condo to all our friends!!!
