Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA (40th and Atlantic - North End of Boardwalk)

Accommodations:  Condo, Studio, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-6)

Oceans II is directly on the beach at the north end of the Boardwalk. There's room for the whole family in this newly remodeled abode. We have new kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. Our studio has all new furniture and stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a gourmet dinner.

We have a Finding Nemo theme that will appeal to children and adults alike. Our studio is furnished to accommodate the family for a fun filled week. Our bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and vessel sink with an art deco decor! Our entertainment center has a big screen TV with cable/HBO.

We also supply a library of DVDs and videos along with a Playstation and games for your entertainment. Our studio sleeps up to 6 with 2 full beds and 2 twin beds on top. We also have a very comfy leather love seat with ottoman.

Our beds have featherbeds on top for added comfort. The view from the room is not of the pool that is available to you but your pool and the ocean are right around the corner of the building.

  • Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home during our vacation in July 2008. The condo was just a short walk from the Beach and Boardwalk. It was nice to stay in a place that was clean and inviting and made us feel right at home. The kids really enjoyed having the ocean and pool as their playground. This was our first time to Virginia Beach and we couldn't have had a better experience. Hope to see you next year.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean II Studio- Pool view. We have 3 teenagers and they also had a wonderful time. With the trolley just at the door steps, they were independant and constantly on the go. The kitchen was a necessity for us and it is wonderfully equiped and modern. Everything we needed, we could find. The adults enjoyed having tea at night in the yard facing the ocean. We liked it so much, we are coming back next year.

  • We loved this cozy studio. everything was so new, fresh and clean. We appreciated all the extra towels and blankets. The kids just about died when they discovered the "finding Nemo" Decor! The DVD selections were a nice add too, and the pool and beach were in an excellent location to enjoy. We'll be back!

  • Condo was very clean, modern and well equipped. Location was the best. Had a little problem with the shower faucet and owner came out same day to repair. I would suggest some way to provide for more storage. My daughters had to live out of their suitcases and it made for too much clutter. 7-11 across the street was very convienant. I would consider a return stay but might try and get ocean view as that would give us the deck and a bit more space.

    The unit comes with a full size dresser, a night stand with drawers, hanging closet, multiple shelves in the entertainment center as well as plenty of room under the beds. Admittedly, with a family and a weeks worth of clothes it can become cluttered fast but we’ve provided as many storage options as the room will allow.

NO... everything was perfect. Next Time, and i sincerely think there will be, we will rent your Ocean View Studio. The fact that we're walking only a few steps to end up in the sand.... the waves in the see, all the activities on the boardwalk....we will come back... what a trip !!!!
