Located in beautiful Palmetto Dunes, a private community, this spacious and recently renovated villa offers an abundance of amenities and vacation activities. The villa is steps away from your choice of five pools and a three-wood away from the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The world-renowned Hilton Head Beach is only a six-minute walk away, as well. Hilton Head is a short drive from historic and picturesque Savannah and Beaufort. With a number of great restaurants, golf courses, shops, and outdoor activities, the villa offers something enjoyable for every guest.
The villa contains all of the comforts of home and then some. Fully air conditioned, the villa will comfortably sleep ten (12 with the sleeper sofa).
The first floor has one full bathroom and two nice sized bedrooms. One bedroom contains two queen-sized beds; while the other bedroom contains two full-sized beds.
The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. All of the bedrooms have a television (with cable) and are newly and cheerfully decorated.
The vaulted ceiling with exposed trusses and colorful decor make the living room an enjoyable place to gather for conversation or for relaxing in front of the television, VCR, DVD, or stereo. A new gas grill and outdoor furniture are part of the private patio off of the living room. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, range/oven, dishes, cookware, utensils, and a stacked washer/dryer. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided upon your arrival. Please no smoking or pets!
