This beautiful house is located on a sunny, quiet, level, dead-end street near the top of Potrero Hill minutes from the financial district and many of the great sites of San Francisco. The house features breathtaking panoramic views of the San Francisco bay, 4 skylights, full balconies on each floor, abundant parking and a single garage.

A spacious three level home, it is a perfect home-base for your vacation or business travel. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with awesome views from the pillow tops. The guest bedroom which is towards the front of the house is furnished with two twin beds and looks onto the peak of Potrero Hill. Foldout beds are available for additional guests.

The spacious living room has a brick fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The balcony off this main floor is equipped with a Japanese style hibachi for delightful sunset barbeque's. The dining room and kitchen are elevated and contemporary. The kitchen also has a breakfast table overlooking the front of the house. The bathroom upstairs has fresh towels for your bath or shower. There is a private washer and dryer in the laundry room on the first floor.

The house is located just feet from the park at the end of the street, which offers plenty of peace and tranquility from the sometimes hectic streets to San Francisco. The Potrero Hill Recreation Center is located in the park, and offers a new children's playground, tennis courts and basketball courts, as well as stunning views of the SF Bay. We have bicycles available to our more adventurous guests (please inquire). Bus lines are just a block away. This gentrified neighborhood features upscale quality grocery stores, charming restaurants, eclectic shops and artsy cafes. This home, with its stunning views, is conveniently located just minutes from the heart of this world class, cosmopolitan city and all it has to offer.

  • Your home and your hospitality provided my mother, my son and I a wonderful vacation. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The house was replete with ammenities, and Ron was a dream to work with. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. The neighborhood is charming, the deli and markets extremely convenient, and we used public transportation the entire week. It was nearby and efficient. It's hard to please both a 14-year old and a great-grandmother, but the house provided both with a fabulous week in San Francisco. Thanks, again.

  • We liked the house a lot - especially for Europeans it was a very nice experience to stay in a authentic North American home instead of a "sterile" hotel room. As mentioned in previous folks comments the view, kitchen, beds, DVDs and neigbourhood was just great! But the nicest is the synergistic effect from all this: You enter the house and after a 30min familiarization (guided by a very nice booklet) you seamlessly enjoy all amenities with zero stress(from wireless internet over fireplace to dishwasher...) Thanks for a great vacation!

  • We enjoyed our stay at the condo on Connecticut St. Ron, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen was well equipt and stocked with condiments and basic necessities. Also, there was an abudance of tour books and guides for the area. The view from this property is spectacular from both levels. Potrero Hill is a great SF neighborhood to stay in as it is convenient to Rt 280 and Rt 101, a quick trip to and from the airport, close to public transportation AND there is adequate onstreet parking. Also, there are some great shops and restaurants nearby (Eliza's for Chinese, Operto for Italian). Thanks for a great stay! I would definitely return if I return to SF.

  • I would just like to thank you for the wonderful vacation we had in San Francisco. Whenever we go on vacation we like to rent a comfortable property to stay in, so we feel at home and I have to say your home was beautiful!!! The veiw of the bay was spectacular, our first night there we saw a beautiful rainbow, we watched falling stars in the evening and even enjoyed the fireworks display over the Giants Stadium. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the movie selections, it was like having a Block Buster in our own house. The owners were very freindly and hospitable and I would highly recomend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a great vacation in San Francisco!!!

  • Just a quick note to tell you thank you, again, for all of your thoughtfulness and friendliness with the condo! We just LOVED it -- Your home on Connecticut couldn't be more pleasant -- we had a wonderful time and hopefully left it full of pleasant vibes... you had it so very thoughtfully set up -- anything we wanted was just right there! And we loved the decor, as well... the brass plate on the l.r. wall is wonderful, as is the Japanese screen... I had so much fun just walking down the block to the little Deli ... where the employee, immigrant from Merida in Mexico, actually CARRIED my groceries home one day for me! And gave me a chance to practice my Spanish... Awesome... The architecture, trees, and landscaping in the neighborhood (and in your condo itself!) are all charming and just make one happy!! As, of course, does that wonderful view... Very best to you -- if you ever want to visit Washington DC, let us know!! And I hope devoutly that we can return to the magic condo on Connecticut Street before long!!
