    The house is very clean and lot of rooms. it is nicely furnished and all the kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans you could ever want.It is perfect for kids. my nieces and newphew used the pool every day. we had wonderful time.We highly recommend it, and would stay there again!

    We must have stayed at a different home than the rest of the reviews.Very disappointing and upsetting . From the minute we walked in all we could smell was pine sol . The lighting was very dim in the house . ( we opened every window and even after 3 days smell was still there ) We actually put our items in the house ( I told my husband we arent staying here - so so upsetting we couldnt find anything else right away ) we ran to walmart and got some cleaning supplies and air fresheners to try to mask the pinesole smell. And I wanted to wipe down somethings. The carpets were dirty ( and carpet in 2 bathrooms ( and a bathroom rug by the toilet in the other .) no supplies . The cupboards were dirty inside and out , had to wash a few items and we used only them and bought paper products. The oven you wouldnt have cooked in it was filthy . Carpets dirty , i put sheets all over the family room carpet and the furniture . you couldnt sit on anything in the living room totally useless furniture . We were only there 3 nights and we moved on to somewhere else . A place like this could ruin a vacation . Its a nice design of house , needs to be cleaned ( not with pinesol) and get rid of the carpet . Pool and hot tub where never warm as they kept being turned off ( timer ) with little kids we 'd want to use it by the time it would heat up they'd be in bed. We had friends staying in Irvine and we wouldnt even have them over ( i was embarrassed) with little kids I was like dont touch that , dont sit there . not good memories for anyone The Crozons

    Our family of 6, including 2 teens and 2 younger boys, had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The pool was so clean and maintained itself beautifully! We loved the location in a nice neighborhood, with a park nearby. So central to everything in Orange County and the great shopping at Irvine Spectrum, the beach, even a fairly short drive to Legoland. Our 5-year old didn't want to leave and go back to "our old house".

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

    Lovely spacious home, great furnishings. Clean, well equiped. Lovely back yard with pool and jacuzzi. Great location close to freeways, shopping and beaches. Not good for elderly due to very low couches,, good for families with young children and teens. Enjoyed our stay, would rent again in the future. Thanks

    Very nice rental. The owners were quick to respond and great communication when required. The house had a serene quality. Beds were comfortable; first experience with memory foam mattresses and I slept like a baby. Nice neighborhood.

    We were in California for 8 weeks and hired this house for 5 weeks in total and loved every minute of it. We have 2 young children and they loved the house. It had a great range of facilities (great TV, blueray player, laptop, wifi, cable, lovely BBQ, and amazing pool to name a few) and was in a lovely manicured neighbourhood. There were two great playing parks for the children within a few minutes’ walk and was conveniently located to convenience stores, Starbucks etc. Within a 15 minute drive we could be at Laguna Beach, The Irvine Spectrum (greta shopping) and Newport Beach. The owners are great and always helped us when we had a question. We’d love to go back.

    We have stayed from 8/7 through 8/11. This vacation home is very beautiful and conviniently located in Irvine, where you can drive to Beaches, Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, etc. We have very much enjoyed our stay and definetely would come back to this place.
