  We can't wait to go back next summer. The condo was everything we needed. There was plenty of sleeping room, 2 baths with showers and fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. Being only steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants there was no need to move the car. I can see why the owners reserve weekends for themselves.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Stayed in this condo last week! Wonderful place, great location, very nice pool! Cleaning before we left was not a problem, with four of us, it went fast! Vacuum cleaner for each floor, and other cleaning supplies were provided. Love to go back!

  The description of this condo was very accurate. You can definitely see the beach from the balcony. It was great being so close to the beach and boardwalk, especially with two small kiddos. The photos don't do the renovated kitchen justice. Upon arrival the condo was clean and ready for us to start enjoying our vacation. We are a family of four and it was just the right size for us. I definitely recommend this property.

  This is the second year that we have stayed at this condo and we love it! The owner is wonderful to work with and the condo is always in perfect condition and impeccably clean. We love having the pool and the unit is in close proximity to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. We like to take walks on the boardwalk which is the perfect location being almost next to the boardwalk. We look forward to returning next year.

  Condo was real nice, great location with an easy walk to everything. Wonderful landlord who was very helpful. For someone on a tight budget, this Sunday through Friday rental is a great option. Thank you very much. We had a great time.

  My family of four had a delightful stay here. The condo was comfortable. The pool was terrific. The beach and boardwalk were only a few steps away. It's as close as you can get to the amusement park without hearing the noise. We're looking forward to another visit next summer.

  This is the 3rd rental unit I have stayed in at Mariners Court and by far the best. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of drawers and beds. We have 3 small children and like the proximity to beach/boardwalk. The pool and washer/dryer are on our list of must haves when we stay, so it was perfect for us.

  "Beware! I vacuumed, swept, did all dishes, wiped down all counters (kitchen and bath), took out garbage, made beds, and overall straightened the place, yet the owner did not reurn any of my deposit, stating that I had not met the cleaning requirements, as listed in the rental agreement. The rental agreement is very vague, simply stating to do as I had done listed above. Nice place, but will NOT return because of this.

  Owner response: We have been renting for over 20 years, and this is the first time we have ever kept a security deposit based on cleaning issues. We had rented to Becca the year before and the unit was left in excellent condition. This time there was sand throughout the unit, no indication that the bathrooms had been cleaned, etc. We apparently can't post more details, but will be happy to explain to anyone who is concerned about this.
