Located in the lower village of Siasconst in Cod Fish Park, this cottage was once part of a community of cod fishermen. The intimate property offers a peaceful seaside experience with all the conveniences of Island village living. Just a short scenic walk to the center of the historic village finds a well stocked general store, gourmet restaurants, post office, a liquor store, tennis club, unique summer movie theatre, and a small church. If a visitor was inclined, a car would be unnecessary. Bike paths are abundant on Nantucket and local jitneys leave hourly for Nantucket Town and the many wonderful beaches that surrounded the Island.
