  Honestly this property is pure pleasure, the location is perfect. So many things you need are just right outside the door, great restaurants, stores, transportation and its a very safe neighbourhood The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures, impeccably clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We felt so comfortable like a home away from home It was a great stay, we will be back for sure Sincerely; Alex and Chris

  This is a wonderful condo with the most gracious and accommodating owner. The place is spotless, attractively decorated, convenient and well furnished. We are so happy with the apartment we've come to calling it our home away from home in BA. STRONGY RECOMMENDED

  The place was very clean, quiet and in a very nice location. The owner was very quick in answering and gave us lot of information. The cleaning and change of bed once a week. The housekeeper was very nice and helpfull. Nearby some very good restaurants, banks and food store.

  My husband 2 children (20 and 16) and I had a wonderful trip to Buenos Aires thanks to this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect with easy access to transportation and lots of restaurants. The apartment was great for our family with 2 elegant bathrooms and a very comfortable, well decorated living area. The beds were heaven to sleep on and each room had its own air conditioning unit. The kitchen was small but beautiful and very well equipped. The best thing about this rental is the owner. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We welcomed the New Year in in style and I would highly recommend this apartment.

  Well appointed home in great location. French doors in second bedroom opens to a vibrant street scene below. Wonderful for people watching. Soundproof when closed. Bedrooms are spacious and equipped like home with comfortable mattresses, beautiful bedding and pillows. Excellent water pressure in bathrooms and kitchen. Steps away from an abundance of restaurants and grocery stores. Owners are meticulous with this property as it once was their primary home and are quick to answer any questions. On-site building maintenance manager should anything occur. Residents were very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely home and hope to be back again in the near future.

  Our Family of four stayed for a week in this lovely condo. Appearance and amenities were exactly as described including comfortable beds with wonderful linens, up to date bathrooms with great showers and a kitchen supplied with everything you would ever need. Clean, comfortable and convenient location are the best words to describe it. Beatriz, the manager, and Robert, the owner, were delightful to work with. We couldn't be more pleased and will, hopefully, rent it again.

  Lovely apartment in a bustling, trendy part of the city. We had only 4 nights here but wished for more. Walking distance to markets, cafes and shopping. Taxis to other areas in the city are very affordable and plentiful. We loved hanging out on the balcony after a day of sight seeing. Both Robert (owner) and Beatriz (apt manager) were accommodating and helpful. Would definitely return. Highly recommended!

  This apartment lived up to all expectations and more. It is located in a very cool neighborhood so that you not only get the feel of an authentic Buenos Aires community but you can also easily get to all the sites a visitor wants to take in. I usually walked everywhere I wanted to go. But sometimes I took the bus (there is 24-hr service one block away along Santa Fe Ave) and there is a subway station two blocks away. Hailing a taxi on the street is also easy. In the immediate neighborhood I found really good cafes, bakeries, gelato shops and restaurants (including 24-hr) as well as produce and grocery stores. There is a major shopping street a block away and an upscale mall just past that. I went to a nice local park (Parque Las Heras) a few times, it is a short walk away. The apartment itself is a homey oasis to return to. It has tons of character, beautiful wood floors, lots of natural light, nice furniture. There is a large furnished kitchen so sometimes I cooked there. Everything was in the whole place was in perfect working order. I loved the french doors and would open them wide up in the morning to fill the place with fresh air. When you close them they do a good job of blocking out traffic noise. Another thing I liked is that there are shuttered exterior blinds that block out the light so that the early morning sunlight doesn't wake you up. There is a nice compact stereo to listen to the radio or your own music. And probably one of fondest memories is the king size bed in the main bedroom: it was SO COMFORTABLE!!! I travel a lot for my work and stay at many different hotels and I have to say that if I could bring home any bed it would be this one! Hahaha. Even better than the Westin and Marriott beds. Overall, the apartment was like being at home in a cool city. It was very clean and secure. I will be recommending it to anyone I know travelling to Buenos Aires.

  We were very impressed with the accomodation as well as the location of this property. The owners made sure every detail was looked after to help take all the stress out of arriving in a new city. The property manager speaks perfect english and gave us some valuable tips to navigate the city. The apartment is located in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Cabs are extremely plentiful and reasonably priced. The apartment is very comforatable! Especially the beds. After a long day of exploring the city it was so nice to have a comforatable matress with luxurious linens to slip into. Attention to detail does not go unnoticed in this stunning apartment. I would hightly reccoment this property.

  This was the perfect apartment for us! My girlfriend and I were visiting my daughter who had been living in BA for 3 1/2 months. She, my daughter, had given up her apartment and the 3 of us stayed here. Robert, the owner, had sent us quite a bit of information about tango, restaurants, sites, etc. Then when we arrived, we were met by Beatriz, who also gave us all kinds of tips and advice, and couldn't have been nicer. Located in a vintage building, the apartment looked and lived like brand new. There was everything we could possibly want. The location was great! Within a block we had Starbucks, another coffee shop, and the best empanadas ever! It was actually quite a busy area, but once in the apartment you would never guess there was a bustling city right outside your door - including a flower stand we frequented to celebrate our good fortune to have booked this apartment!
