This is a perfect house at the beach for one or two families. The house is in a gated community and is a nice 4-5 minute walk to the beach. You can relax and not worry, this home is family friendly. There is a designated private beach for all the homes in Emerald Shores and with the house the are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella while you are there.
Destin is a great place to vacation and we have been coming here for 25 years and really love our house. This is the perfect place to bring a family with all ages to enjoy a week at the beach. There is a master bedroom on the first floor, three bedrooms on the second floor with a fantastic balcony for getting away from everyone or just having your coffee and the paper in the early morning. There is a fifth bedroom on the third floor with its own balcony too with a great view and total relaxation.
The house is within one mile of great golf and the outlet shops are only 2-3 miles up US98. Having stayed in many beach type places over the years, this has truly been the best for our family.

The Unique Benefits of this House
The beach is the best feature while visiting our house. The white sands and the great beach cabana provide a nice place at the beach. Secondly the great place to go out to have lunch or dinner are also great. As a golfer, there are 5-10 great course very close by.
