This condo was the first ever that my wife and I returned to. Before we would always look for a better vacation spot for the next year but we looked and looked but could not even find anything close to this condo with the way this condo was equipped, the location, the view, privacy, quiet, very clean, easy in and out and a great feel of security, secluded but close to all the action,restaurants, stores and shores, crab island, snorkeling, fishing, with a picture perfect sunsets, and if you need a bigger place the owner was so kind to show us there new condo that was so superior and just completed 100% remodeled with a awesome view in the same building that should be in some high fashion magazine. Had a great time.

This is a beautiful condo that is in an ideal location. I have zero complaints just like the last time (06/2011) I stayed in this unit. Very nice and highly recommended!

The condo was clean and well decorated. We watched dolphins from the living room and patio. We used the patio quite a bit. Catherine met with us and was very helpful. Any problems were addressed immediately and they were just minor items like a new filter for the refrigerator. I would recommend this condo. The pool was not heated. There were several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed Another Broken Egg Cafe, Dewey Destin's, McCallister's Deli, Back Porch, The Lighthouse-just down the street, and The Donut Hole-saw this one on TV (Travel Channel).

We visited Destin with our friends from the west coast (their first visit) and had a wonderful time. The condo was so nice and felt just like home with lots of extras that you don't normally find in a rental unit. We went deep sea fishing, saw a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony as well as an air show with planes from Eglin AFB. Weather was absolutely perfect and we walked the beach at the point every day. Can't wait to return again next year.

We really enjoyed the balcony and view. We spent 90% of our time on the balcony when at the condo. This is a great condo and location to stay in Destin. The only suggestion I would give is that the condo association should add more chairs to the pool area. Next time we go back to Destin this will be our place to stay.

This was our 2nd time in this condo. The porch/deck is wonderful. Beautiful view. The condo is very well equipped! A very quiet location, yet convenient to everything. Good restaurants, shopping. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounges, umbrellas, and great view of the water. We visited Seaside and the other similar villages adjacent. We ate at the Smiling Fish down there, and Stewby's in Ft. Walton. Would highly recommend both. Also Stinkys, if you can get past the name; however, it was very good!! We plan to return to this condo. You couldn't find a better one!!

Recently we stayed at East Pass Unit 109 - the amenities were exceptional; the view was phenomenal and the location was perfect. Close to everything but out of the way of the crowds. This is our second vacation at this location and we will definitely return. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet - who could ask for more!

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was beautiful and clean. It was nice having a cup of coffee sitting on the large deck watching the boats and beach every morning. Located within 10 minutes of everything to do in Destin and away from all the packed areas of the beach. The sand was beautiful and everyone around was very nice. One of the most relaxing vacations ever taken. Catherine was great to work with and we will definitely be coming back.

We loved the easy access to the calm swimming and snokeling right out the back door. Also loved the 10 minute walk north or south to the jetties or the tip of Holiday Isle. Lovely views of the pass, bridge, and harbour. Very comfortable beds. Nice, clean condo with all new bathrooms and appliances.

I have stayed here for two years in a row now and can't wait to visit next summer! What a relaxing and enjoyable time we had! The view is absolutely breath taking. Every morning you can watch the boats leaving from the harbor. The sunset was picturesque. We even had front row seats to the fireworks show on Thursday night. When I say the balcony is huge, I do mean HUGE. They are great views of the water from every room. It is a very comfortable condo..master bedroom and bath is quite large. The property itself is clean and well-maintained. Holiday Isle is an excellent site getting away from the large crowded high rise condo areas in Destin. My absolute favorite part of this location is that you are a short walk away from Osteen Public Beach Access where you can snorkel by the jetties and see some colorful, amazing sites (people pay money for a boat to take you here but you can just walk!) Owner is so helpful and communication is easy! I can't say enough good things about this place:)

My wife and I had the best time ever,We felt like we were right in the middle of all the attractions but felt secluded at the condo with every essentials you would need and more for a short or long stay, We have stayed at numorous places but none at well equiped,hasselfree,parking,information,cleaness,activities near by,security,closeness to the beautiful turqouise waters and the view and what a view it is ,,,,to sit on the balcony and watch hundreds of all types of boats going threw the pass of Destin along with the douphins swiming by {I hope they were douphins LOL}also able to see the harbor and ocean views. Please let this be between you and me so we are able to book this condo again.....You to will also love this condo.....We will be back......

We stayed in Catherine's beautiful condo for a week and it was most enjoyable. This unit is really upscale compared to other condos we've rented and everything you could possibly need is furnished. The views are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the large balcony in the morning watching the fishing boats head out and then watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony in the evening. We rate her condo as first class and hope to return again in the fall. She was a pleasure to work with in making the reservations.

This is our 3rd or 4th time to stay here and we love it more and more every time we visit. This unit is very well decorated and furnished with everything you need to have a great vacation. The location is very convenient and there is always something to do.

We just returned from a long week-end at this condo and we can't say enough to accurately describe the property. It was very clean and well-maintained but the best part was the location. Situated perfectly to watch the boats coming and going in the harbor, we enjoyed many hours on the balcony. The sunsets from the balcony are truly spectactular. I appreciated that the condo had two king-sized beds so two couples could rest well and neither felt like they were staying in the "kids room." All and all, it was a wonderful experience and we definitely plan on returning.

This condo is beautiful, comfortable and the view is to die for! @ older couples who needed a place to hang out and enjoy the view and the condo and balcony fulfilled our needs and more. Just sitting on the balcony before sunrise and watching the many boats pass by, watching the many fisherman just on the edge and watcing the beautiful sunsets was just what the doctor ordered. The spacious condo was everthing we needed, but the balcony was used more than the rest of the condo. Fully equipped with everything we needed plus more. I recommend this area to anyone looking for relaxation, piece and quiet.

Catherine, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us! This by far was an amazing place to stay! We stayed for a week and enjoyed it and the beautiful weather! There was no oil in the ocean as predicted by the media! The water was crystal clear and the sand was white and no tar balls! East Pass Condos are quiet and peaceful! Not a lot of kids running around screaming except mine and the beach was not over crowed! This was so relaxing I can't wait to go back! I'm already dreaming of my next vacation in condo 109 with my family! The winter time sounds great and not to mention you have the best rates out there! It's hard to pass up....for anyone wanting to go you will not be disappointed! You can wake up every morning and watch the boats go out to the ocean and come back in at night. Catherine was very accommodating and easy to work with! Thank you again Catherine and Neil for allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation!

We recently spent 2 weeks in this beautiful condo - it was by far the best view of the beautiful waters that I've ever seen! And the waters had no oil!!! It was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to come back! The condo was very clean and well equipped - I would recommend this unit to anyone!!

The condo is beautiful. The living room is more spacious then the pictures and the balcony is really large and has a great view of one end of the harbor at night. The furiture is excellent. Great view from either the balcony or the living room. Lots of boats and activity in the pass and we saw the dolphins a couple days. Peaceful setting at the end of Holiday Isle, great scenary on Holiday Isle for walking.

I recently returned to Destin after many years with my mother. This condo exceeded our expectations, cleanliness, decor, view, everything! We had a wonderful time together & our stay was way too short. We cannot wait to plan our trip for next year and hope that this condo is available for the dates we chose - it was so comfortable, relaxing and the view is unsurpassed. This was by far the best trip to Destin we've had so far and its due to this lovely condo and its fantastic location. It was extremely well appointed, the deck is fantastic, and it had the MOST comfortable beds I've slept in away from home ever, bar none. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and being a cook with a family to feed we were able to save a lot of money by being able to whip up meals at the condo instead of eating out every nite.Catherine was very accomodating with us, handling schedule changes with grace and good nature! My husband and I had a wonderful week at this condo 10/24 to 10/31/09. Everything was very clean and the furnishings were upscale-beds nice and confy. All those little extras you always find you need in the kitchen were provided right down to the salt and pepper! The internet pictures are just like everything looks, from the furnishings to the view. Sometimes those internet pictures of a view can be deceiving -this one certainly isn't it doesn't do the actual view justice. When I first looked at this unit on the internet I was a little reluctant to do a VRBO because I'd had a bad experience in the past; however this experience was wonderful. I would certainly recommend it to friends and these are great people to rent from. The views from this unit are awesome! You can sit on the balcony and listen to the music from AJ's and the harbour lights are neat too. This unit has a hugh balcony (and I mean hugh!) and you get a great front view of both the East Pass and the harbour. This unit is well worth checking out on your next stay in Destin.

My sister, aunt & I stayed in this condo from 9-11 to 9-18. The location and everything else about the condo was perfect. It was exactly as pictured on the web site, just beautiful. There was not one thing that we needed during our stay that was not provided. The furniture was so comfortable, from the living room (loved the recliners) to the beds, and the lanai. We spent hours on the lanai sipping frozen margaritas and watching the dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls and the most amazing sunsets. Life doesn't get any better that that! Catherine, the owner made the whole rental process so easy. We even had our security deposit back less that a week after our return home! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is fortunate enough to vacation in beautiful Destin.

The condo was perfect! We go to the beach every year and this unit was one of the nicest we have stayed in. We really enjoyed the balcony. In the morning you can watch all the boats and waverunners from the harbor that were going on excursions. We found everything we needed in the condo...kitchen well stocked...extra pillows blankets even a first aid kit! Many people were fishing right outside the condo.

Wow, what a great time. The condo was really first class. Your stay will be very memorable. The location is perfect. Very quite, great views and being on the first level is wonderful. Access to balcony from all rooms a big plus. Quick and easy access to pool area. The private beach is perfect. The mornings are wonderful because you watch all the boats leave out of the harbor. Your can not see that futher down the beach. Fishing and snorkling right out side your door. Very close to all the activities. Slept great, very comfortable. The nights are relaxing on the patio with a breeze. Can't wait to go back to Destin and be lazy.

This unit was fantastic. The views were great of the gulf and harbor. All the comfortable details were there, - no cheap motel furnishings. It was quiet, yet close to everything, very spacious rooms beautifully furnished and the beds were comfortable. Sitting on the large balcony for breakfast, watching the boats go out couldn't be beat (not to mention at night watching the moonlight on the water). It's unusual to find a place where all the rooms open onto such a large balcony with gulf view. We will definitely go back to this unit and would highly recommend it. Can't imagineit being better.
