There is a 2 car driveway so your rental car will have a secure spot. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will have all that you need at hand to make your own meals and save on restaurant costs.

There is local telephone access until June 2010 and television (no cable but could be arranged at additional cost).

Downtown Montreal is easily accessible by car or by public transportation (which is great because you can avoid expensive Downtown parking!) Ideal to take public transportation if you are here for Grand Prix!

Ideal for families and those looking for budget friendly accommodations, instead of having to reserve several hotel rooms. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Downtown Montreal and then come home to a peaceful environment.

The property is a non-smoking environment so smokers would have to smoke outside/on balcony.
