Stayed between Christmas-New Years 2011. The property was very clean, well stocked kitchen (not food, but dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc.), and very spacious. Price was reasonable and it was nice to deal with the owners as opposed to a third-party agency. The pool and hot tub were a short walk from our unit, reasonably kept, and well used by my family. My only complaint was there was not internet or wi-fi connection at our unit - this would be very helpful. There was wi-fi at the clubhouse by the pool, but not always convenient to bring your laptop to the pool, or if you don't have a laptop. The unit is close to grocery stores/golfing and Disney, a bit farther to Universal Studies. I would definitely consider staying there again if I returned to Orlando.

This was a great place to stay, the property was just as it was listed and the owner was very helpful and even called after we arrived to make sure everything was Ok. It took a little longer than was listed to get to the parks because of traffic. It was close to everything we needed but it was a quiet place to come back to. I would recomend this property to anyone that was going to stay in the area.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

This is my second(2) visit, and I love it. It is close to all shopping, attractions, and is so beautiful, it's like home. I want to recommend it to all my friends, but i guess I'm selfish, I want it all for myself. Mr. H please give me a call when you are ready to sell.
