Our spacious, ocean-front condominium was recently re-decorated, and features fabulous views of the ocean from all main living areas.
The unit, which is located on the second floor, affords complete privacy. Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the oceanfront porch. The porch features high-quality, comfortable, outdoor wicker and a second dining table for al fresco meals!
Large Master has a TV and king size bed with private bath (separate shower and tub) and his-&-hers vanities and closets. Two other spacious bedrooms feature twin beds and separate baths.
Large, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances--open to Living Room and adjacent to Wet Bar with bar-ware and ice maker. Separate laundry with washer and dryer. Outdoor shower for rinsing, and closed, underground garage, as well as parking in front of building entrance. Boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels provided.
Breakers II is a lovely complex on a quiet stretch of beach with only 12 units, located just a mile south of the world class, 5-Diamond Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, and a 1/2 mile from the Lodge and Spa at Ponte Vedra.
Weekly memberships to the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club (including golf, tennis, swimming pools, fitness facility and classes, restaurants and Spa) or to the Lodge and Spa (featuring on-the-beach dining, full fitness gym and classes, lap and ocean-front pools) are available to renters for an extra fee.
This will be your own "beach house" for the duration of your stay! Relax and enjoy!

We love to body surf, swim in the ocean, fish and look for shells--besides just walking on the beach! You can't help but get an AHHHHHH feeling when you walk into our beach "home away from home" because it's just so relaxing to see and hear the ocean. . .

We adore Ponte Vedra because it is one of the few beach communities left in Florida that does not have high-rise hotels and condos. It is also easily accessible to Jacksonville and all that Jacksonville offers.
