  Found this condo on VRBO website. Have to say it was everything the photos & info claimed and more. I had chosen the small town of Brookings, OR as a good halfway place to meet for a family reunion and was not disappointed. The beach here is very scenic with a great view right out the back patio. Gated access to condo felt like small private community. The place was quiet and grounds well kept with a winding path leading to the beach. That path not good for handicapped though, must climb over rocks & logs. Condo size & set up was perfect for our needs. Condo was decorated & furnished tastefully. Bed were comfortable, kitchen well provided with thought taken to what a guest might need. Condo manager was friendly & nice to work with. Can't wait to plan a return trip.

  We loved the quiet building, the awesome view of the ocean right out the window. Thank you Kirsten for all the extra touches you have made to make this condo feel so homey not sterile! You have decorated very tastefully and the beds werevery comfortable. Everyone slept well. We hope t be back again!

  Thank you so much for opening up your condo/home stay. Your condo is BEAUTIFUL! We got to see whales migrating, and their spouts for the first four days! Something you wish see in your life time and we HAS THE BEST VIEW HERE!so we thank you so much for these memories, the view and the BEST play spot right at out feet! We will be back soon!

  Two sisters living in California and Oregon meet with husbands for an old fashioned Christmas. The feeling of home that you gave us Kirsten, was wonderful. We even watched "Christmas Story" together. Thank youfor providing all the pans, dishes, utensils , basics that we needed to cook a wonderful Christmas dinner, etc! The condo is so tastefully decorated,and you have thought of just about everything Kirsten, to really make your guests comfortable and feel "right at home" while they are staying her. The view from the condo was fabulous, you were right Kirsten, that the pictures on your VRBO website just don't do justice to it! I don't think any photograph can do justice to this view and your condo's location. Thank you for opening your home to us, we hope to return soon, and it will definitely be back to your condo.

  We had a wonderful week long vacation which included five family members from Washington, Alaska and Minnesota. The condo was so nicely stocked and comfortable beyond any place we have ever stayed before. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for anything more. A very nice path to the beach below. An adventure every time we walked down. We spent our time mostly checking out the Redwoods (Jeremiah Smith Redwoods and Avenue of the Giants, south of Eureka). Truly spectacular. A drive up the coast to Port Orford to see the Lighthouse was very worthwhile and scenic. Loved watching the pelicans in Brookings harbor and the sea lions/seals on the docks in Crescent City. Can’t wait to make the trip again someday. Thank you Kirsten and Chuck for sharing your beautiful condo with us. You made our stay extra special and you really do have a gem of a place.

  Our family stayed at this condo for 2 nights. It was spacious and well-equipped. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, it gave us plenty of room to spread out. The living room was very comfy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing. We walked down to the beach and did some bird and seal watching. The owner was responsive to all inquiries and pleasant to work with. If you stay here, try the new Thai restaurant located just a few minutes away. The food was good and had many vegan options. I would recommend this condo for your stay in Brookings.

  We had a great time in Brookings with our group of four adults, two kids, and a baby. This condo is very clean and comfortable and the views are AMAZING. The complex itself was secure, well-maintained and very quiet...we hiked down to the beach at least three times and had it all to ourselves every time. Kirsten was great to work with-highly recommend this listing!

  Our group of five adults (two couples, plus one single traveler) thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at this condo just north of Brookings. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the owners were extremely helpful in answering our questions. We very much enjoy cooking and found the kitchen to be well equipped with high-quality cookware, good knives, cutting boards, and everything else we needed. It was just a short walk to the beach, where we saw tidepools, sea lions, and more. Having obtained shellfish harvesting licenses, we wanted to harvest mussels. Though we did not find the beach near the house to be the right place for that, we were able to find a great harvesting spot by driving about three minutes north (to the first beach access spot within Boardman State Park). It was helpful to have a good wifi connection in the condo, as well as the TV's and DVD player. Even though one of the three days we spent there was so stormy we decided to just stay put in the condo, we were comfortable throughout our stay.

  We loved our stay at your condo. It was exactly as described on the VRBO website, except better! We plan to return every year and hope that we can still rent your condo. Your location in Rainbow Rock is great. We felt that we had so much privacy, peace and quiet! We didn't even feel like we were in a condo.Your neighbors were very nice and so quiet,.. the only noise we ever heard was the ocean waves below the condo!My wife appreciated your luxery bedding/towels/etc.and your IMMACULATE condo!

  This condo was absolutely wonderful! We have rented private vacation homes for years, and this rental was with out a doubt, the best! Just a few words to share our "kudos" for how clean and well maintained the condo was. My wife is a gourmet cook, and commented several times on how well equipped (and clean) the kitchen was.We were able to cook well and felt very much at home!All of this was on top of the million dollar/best view EVER! Great find and vacation buy for us! Thank you so much!
