You will be staying in a spectacular Oceanfront Condo in a private gated community. There is a private deeded beach access trail that will lead you to the beautiful beach below. This private deeded access and limited accessibility to this beach from the coast and public accessibility makes for many a time that you will find yourselves the only ones enjoying this beach. The tide pools at low tide are pristine and an adventure themselves. There is whale watching and the best seat in town right from the balcony of this condo. You can hear the waves crashing and smell the ocean from your condo rental. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets always!The condo is very comfortably furnished. The sitting room has a leather love seat and easy chair, a Queen size convertible sofa with an aerobed comfort feature for additional sleeping accommodations. There is a double size aerobed mattress stored in a closet available also.The entire condo is tastefully decorated with a nautical/ocean theme.The two separate bedrooms are comfortably furnished with Queen size mattresses and tastefully decorated. There is a large walk in closet in the Master Bedroom.There is luxury bedding and towels supplied. New hypoallergenic down alternative comforters for each bed will make you cozy. All pillows and bedding is in protective covers.The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to make and serve a gourmet meal. Stayed here for 5 nights over the holidays in 2011. Very nice. As others have noted, the view is incredible--jaw dropping as you walk in for the first time. Also as others have said, Kirsten is very helpful and has everything (and i mean everything) for you in the condo. Best VRBO i've stayed in and have stayed in a bunch. Well worth booking if you are going to be in the area.

The view was spectacular!! The condo was exactly as the photos reflected. The unit was very well-equipped, clean and well-maintained. Kirsten was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. We hope to get back to the area someday and, if we do, we will be looking to rent this condo again.

The view was spectacular! The property was fairly well maintained and was filled with all the comforts of home. The unit was very clean. We had a small glitch with the wireless computer access while we were there but Kirsten was very responsive, helpful and apologetic.

Perfect vacation! The view and beach below was spectacular! We spend two whole days just looking at the tidepools,...we were the only ones down on the beach and tidepools,..except of course for the resident Otter, and Sea Lions. Many thanks to Kirsten and Chuck for all their help and sincere concern to make us as comfortable as possible. The condo was very clean,...we were pleasantly surprised at all the extras that were here,....our daughter was happy for the Popcorn maker,...my wife loves Scrabble,..hated to leave her game at home,..and was happy to find it here,..and our son enjoyed the I-pod decking station/speaker/reading light on the end table by the bed! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!! The view from the condo is with out a doubt THE MOST BREATHTAKING BEAUTIFUL view we have seen, let alone had the opportunity to stay/wake up to it for a few days! We really appreciated how well equiped the condo was,....and how helpful the owners, Kirsten was in terms of making sure that we were comfortable. She went out of her way,....my husband is a Suduko fantantic,..he sure was surprised and happy to find the complimentary Suduko puzzel books available for guests at the condo. This was a fabulous place to call home away from home. And the views were the best. You could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean all day. Nice and quiet, and everything you could want to cook in the kitchen, and eat with the best views. Kirsten was very nice, and very accomadating, and helpful in helping us make our stay great. Very comfortable, and quiet location. Would stay again if the need arises. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

What can we say! LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION!!!!! Views to die for! Quiet! Friendly neighbors. Well equipped kitchen. Excellents pillows, comfy living room furnature.Very clean and well maintained!
