You will be staying in a spectacular Oceanfront Condo in a private gated community. There is a private deeded beach access trail that will lead you to the beautiful beach below. This private deeded access and limited accessibility to this beach from the coast and public accessibility makes for many a time that you will find yourselves the only ones enjoying this beach. The tide pools at low tide are pristine and an adventure themselves. There is whale watching and the best seat in town right from the balcony of this condo. You can hear the waves crashing and smell the ocean from your condo rental. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets always!The condo is very comfortably furnished. The sitting room has a leather love seat and easy chair, a double bed size sofa/futon for additional sleeping accommodations. There is a double size aerobed mattress stored in a closet available also.The entire condo is tastefully decorated with a nautical/ocean theme.The two separate bedrooms are comfortably furnished with Queen size mattresses and tastefully decorated. There is a large walk in closet in the Master Bedroom.There is luxury bedding and towels supplied. New hypoallergenic down alternative comforters for each bed will make you cozy. All pillows and bedding is in protective covers.The kitchen is well furnished with everything you need to make and serve a gourmet meal. Blender, Pancake/Waffle Maker/Grill, Electric Skillet, Crockpot, Coffemaker,Toaster with Bagel/Frozen Settings,Electric Hand Mixer, Popcorn maker and MORE.There is a sizable library of popular best seller books for your enjoyment.Large assortment of Board Games including Monopoly, Clue. Kirsten: I meant to write you a note in your guestbook before we left, thanking you. We had a really fun weekend in Brookings-it was just too short of a visit! We went to the beach, and we also drove up to the Loeb State Park on the Chetco River. The weather was perfect! And it was WONDERFUL to stay at your place instead of a hotel! Lovely Condo and your hospitality made it feel like home. Beach walks in sunshine were FANTASTIC! SUCH BEAUTY ALL AROUND! The Kings are going back to Tuscan, Arizona. Lots of Sand, but no beach! How will we go on???!! We did Jerry's Jetboats too, also highly recommend. Of all the vacations our family has gone on, the views along the Oregon Coast and from your balcony sure does top the list of our favorites/ Thank you for sharing your place with us and others. We loved playing in the water with the inner tubes and raft you left for us to use. We appreciate your kindness. You went beyond the call of duty to help us and we thank you for that! We really had a great time and hope that someday in the future we can come back to Oregon and your Condo! For any other guests,..some fun things we did was going on Jerry's Jet Boat on the Roque River. We went on the 104 mile trip and it was GREAT!! Kirsten, What an AMAZING place you have!!! We enjoyed everything SO MUCH and feel we haven't even taken everything in. We hope to come back some day. As I write this I am doing one of my FAVORITE THINGS IN LIFE,...SITTING IN YOUR PLACE...LISTENING TO THE OCEAN. Its truly a gift to hear it every day here. We've loved everything from exploring the immediate area and venturing out to Bandon, Gold Beach, Jedidiah Smith Park, hiking, swimming and just enjoying the peacefulness and beauty of it all! We celebrated 3 birthdays while here and the mom and dad BOTH feel it was the BEST EVER. The 13 year old didn't commit to that but she doesn't know yet these can be the best kind. Thank you especially for your extra touches with the birthdays. We really appreciate the Ice Cream Birthday Cake and Birthday balloons that were there greeting us when we arrived! Thank you again! Kirsten, Thank you for sharing your lovely condo, breath-taking ocean view, and tidepools with us! We had an absolutely relaxing,lovely time. Didn't get to see any sea lion friends but loved the discoveries in the tidepools! We, too, took a trip to the Rogue River Mailboat Jetboat Tours. There, we saw Bald Eagles, multiple Otter Families, Mink(!) and Osprey,...What a treat! We also got to experience the Kite Festival and fun craft booths downtown Brookings. We also enjoyed many Gold Beach beaches. Its been refreshing, lovely weather. Now its back to Mt. Shasta, CA. and 90-100 degree weather.... Thanks Again! Mike,Karee,Kiersten Barham

What a little bit of paradise! We have had a wonderful time for the past two weeks.Mainly relaxing and checking out the beaches and restaurants. We made a few day trips-to the California Redwoods, the Mail Boat Run at Gold Beach,Umqua Lighthouse,Coos Bay and all Myrtlewood places along the way.
