Two well apportioned and spacious Master suites are separated by the large living area so you and your guests have maximum privacy. Two(2)queen beds in each bedroom with private bathroom suites accommodate 8 very nicely. Pull out sofa offers room for 2 more. TVs in every room including a flat screen TV in the flop-on-the-couch comfortable living room. Dine in with all 8 guests or head out to the covered porch where you can hear the fish jumping in the lagoon.
You are perfectly situated in the middle of world-class Golf, Tennis, and Food: ranked #3 in the world, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Courts, are right out your door. Just over the bridge two minutes away is the award-winning restaurant, Alexander's, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the main Palmetto Dunes Tennis Facility. The George Fazio Golf Clubhouse is a four iron shot away from your doorstep! Many more Excellent Golf Courses are located all over the Island. Our Villa has all the touches of a Get-A-Way Spot to make vacation dreams Fantastic! Fully appointed kitchen with all the tools a chef needs to prepare meals, or merely use the frig to store your left-overs from any of the Islands excellent restaurants. We have TVs, DVR, DVD, CD player, Wifi, board games, and books to retreat to when you desire a quiet moment. We also provide two Beach Bikes for our guests, enjoy miles of beach or try the island bike trails. Check out our Beach closet. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bocci, paddle ball, buckets and shovels for sand castles!!! Plus, The Pool is located directly in front of our door!
