Located on the peninsula just a few miles down the road from Cedar Point Amusement Park. This spacious home has a gorgeous private beach, a large yard, and paved bulkhead great for relaxing, sunbathing, and fishing. There is also a double floating jet ski dock for you to bring your jet skis.
The home features two large family rooms, one on each level, and four bedrooms and four baths. The family rooms and master bedrooms have cable television. The downstairs family room has a connecting full bath and wet bar with a side by side refrigerator.
There are two master bedrooms each with a queen bed and private bath. The upstairs master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and an outdoor deck. The two additional bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. Each of those bedrooms has two single beds (can be used as a king).
The large patio with a table and natural gas stainless steel barbeque is a comfortable place to enjoy an outdoor meal.

Cedar Point is one of the world's highest rated amusement parks with multiple roller coasters consistently ranked in the top 10 worldwide. If you are not enjoying the many roller coasters than you can relax on the beach or in Lake Erie. For adults, the Lake Erie Islands (Put-In-Bay and Kelley's Island) are a short ferry ride away from downtown Sandusky.

We've been staying with Doug at this house for the past 3 years+ and have always had a great time! Great location with beach and bay access, perfect if you have a boat or waverunner but also a lot of fun if not! Nice size yard for the kids to run around, play catch, and have a fire camp. With the recent updates and renovations in 2011, this is a perfect get-a-way spot! Doug a group are fun and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had our whole family of 3 young children, two older ones and five adults. It was perfect for everyone to have their own space. We could relax with fishing, swimming, and spending a day at Cedar Point without going far. We would definitely like to have another vacation like this.

This house was perfect for our situation. The location is perfect, with the bay view in the back and private beach in front. We were able to divide and conquer, satisfying napping kids and adventure-seekers at the same time. Proximity top Cedar point was also great in this regard. Also appreciated the dedication of these homeowners when the dishwasher failed us. We had a new dishwasher installed and running within hours! Would definitely stay here again!!

The location of the house was fantastic and our families got a great deal of use out of the beautiful private beach! The house was large enough for my family of 5 and our friends family of 3 and worked really well for all of us. We'd all go back again!

Our large family stayed in this home 4th of July week. The home is in a fantastic location and very close to Cedar Pt. Home is large with lots of room to spread out and 4 full baths which really worked out great for us. Thanks Doug..........
