Why the Owner Chose East Hampton
My partner and I are so fortunate to work in the Hampton's. She is an architect and I am a sustainable building consultant. We designed and built this home as an investment but we liked it so much we decided to move in. When we are not renting out during the summer, we make this beautiful place our home. We hope that others who stay here feel and enjoy all that we've put into it.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Within 10 minutes to our home, are the Walking Dunes which Ella is loving in the photo above. The Dunes are always changing due to the winds and shifting sands and when you are looking for a gorgeous walk, it is one of the best in the area. The Paumonak trail, an old native American trail across Long Island, runs by within blocks of the house and offers crazy fun mountain bike riding and hiking. Gorgeous, white sand ocean beaches are only 5-6 miles away. Pollock-Krasner House is within several miles of the house.

Dogs bring joy to our life. This is Ella showing off how cute she is in this stunning Hampton's landscape. Other than spending time with our pets, we love to have dinners and fires at the beach, sometimes after spending the entire day at the beach. One of our absolute favorite part about being in the Hampton's during the summer is the fresh produce and local seafood. Stewart's Seafood shop is 3-4 miles from the house and provide fresh seafood daily and the local farms supply us with a variety of vegetables - including the best sweet corn in the world!
