There is a private lagoon which is home to herons and ducks (the kids will love to feed).

We just love the area!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The location of our condo is wonderful. The beach is a three minute walk away with a GREAT restaurant on site (actually, it is just three minutes walk also). This is what I refer to as Destin proper. Everything you need is close. No need to venture out, unless you want too!

Stayed for 5 nights in July. Very nice condo and in a great location! Had a wonderful time, would love to stay there in the future!

We stayed for four nights in July. It is an awesome location. Cute, home feeling condo. Short walk to beach. Owner is super nice and easy to deal with. We would rent from them ANYTIME. Had a blast.
