  The house is beautiful and excellently maintained.The owners are absolutely great,;you could not meet nicer people. This is a house you will definitely return to for a wonderful vacation.The house is in a very convenient part of Ocean Lakes,close to anything you want.

  It's been a week since our vacation and we can't stop talking about it. The house was so nice! It didn't feel like a beach house it felt like a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the decks were perfect! We spent the majority of our time on the main deck chatting and watching people drive by on their golf carts. My family has been going to Ocean Lakes since the 70s and this is by far the nicest house we have every stayed in! Chris and Lisa were so pleasant and easy to deal with. We're already planning for next year!

  Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family in June. It was absolutely wonderful! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath! The greatest part was enjoying the outdoor covered porches. I think we lived on those more than inside! Once again, thank you, and we hope to return again next year.

  My family stayed in the Southern Blue Bell and had probably the best vacation I can remember. The house is like home with all of the amenities that one could want. Plenty of parking, great internet, AC works excellent, Time Warner and DirecTV, and anything else we needed. The front deck was a hit (had seating for 17 people!!) -- we stayed outside from sunrise til bedtime. We do plan on staying again and look forward to it!!

  Oh my goodness! Where do we begin to tell you how much we loved this beach house? The pictures are beautiful, but it's even more gorgeous in person. My family spent the week in the Southern Blue Bell. We have been vactioning at Ocean Lakes for 17 years now, and I must say, this is the most comfortable home we have rented. The kitchen has everything you need, and the island was a gathering place. While me or my husband cooked, the rest of the family could sit at the bar and we could all engage in conversation. The television in the den is high tech, so my husband, son and son-in-law were in control of that. All the beds were comfortable, the house is immaculately clean, the gas grill is awesome, and, OH WOW, the porch!! That porch is so inviting. We spent a lot of time there, just playing UNO or chatting. My daughter even took some naps in the porch swing. I would defintely recommend this property. The owners are super nice, easy to work with and we received our deposit back only 4 days later. Thank you so much Lisa and Chris for allowing us to have such a wonderful vacation in your beautiful home. Beautiful home with beautiful owners.

  What an awesome home! We were so sad to leave your home and Myrtle Beach! This was our 3rd year vacationing in Ocean Lakes and I can honestly say that we have not had such a wonderful experience! We had an awesome time at your home and especially your front porch area! We loved every aspect of your house and hope to stay again!

  The home was awesome, it made our week! I say home, because it was more than just a house. We have been going to Ocean Lakes all our lives, this home tops them all. You can tell when a family puts a great time and effort throughout the home. The master bedroom was perfect. The attention to detail and the amount of space throughout the home was an added bonus. We never felt cramped and we had (9 people). For all the chefs in the family, this kitchen has all the luxuries and is well equipped. We also enjoyed both decks the flat screen TV was a big hit on the lower deck. We had plenty of room out back for some ladder ball and corn hole. All in all, we had a great week! :-) Thank you, Chris and Lisa, for allowing us the privilege to stay in your home.

  This house was awesome. We had a great time playing ladderball in the back yard at night. We had 9 people staying and we never felt cramped. The front porch was a big hit from early morning to late at night with all the deck furniture and the tv. This is definitly the best house that we have stayed in yet. 2013 Rental Season - June 2nd - August 25th.
This house rents only by the week from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
June 3rd - August 11th - Weekly Only..$2,200/week.
August 11th - August 25th ..$1,700/week.
Rental Rate includes Horry County Property, Hospitality, and Furnishings Taxes.
A $300 deposit per week is needed to confirm your reservation which 
also applies as a refundable security deposit.
DUE TO OUR INSURANCE CARRIER REGULATIONS - WE ARE NOT ABLE TO RENT OUR GOLF CART.
