Beautiful, Custom-Built, two-story, beach house located in the Award Winning Ocean Lakes Family Resort. Our house is located in the popular southside section of Ocean Lakes, site #1269 Snapper Lane. Our house is just a few minutes from the beach and seconds by golf cart. This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 baths home has two very large furnished decks.

The home has nine foot ceilings with carpet and hardwood floors downstairs. Master bedroom is very large with a sitting area and a private deck. Sleeping accommodations include: Master bedroom - king, private bath, bay window. Bedroom two - queen bed, shared bath. Bedroom three - queen bed, shared bath. Bedroom four - downstairs - double bed and twin, private bath. Total of three full baths.

There are two heat pumps, one for the downstairs, and one for the upstairs. There are two sets of steps that lead up to the house, one goes into the living room, and the other is a covered stairway that leads through the kitchen.

TV/DVD's in all bedrooms, living room and lower deck. The living room has a 42" HDTV with DirecTV DVR, a DVD player, and stereo surround system. Wireless internet 3.0 DSL is also included. Covered parking will accommodate up to five automobiles. Pets are NOT allowed and the home is Non-Smoking. This house is DELUXE in every way!

We will need a $300 deposit to hold the reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Also due with the balance will be a $300 security deposit that will be refunded within 10 days of departure if the unit is left as it was found.

If unit is not cleaned well enough for the next renters and a cleaning service is needed these charges will come from the security deposit. Linens are not provided. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out 11:00 am. This is a family campground with 24 hour security, therefore we do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately without refund of rental.

  • This house was awesome. We had a great time playing ladderball in the back yard at night. We had 9 people staying and we never felt cramped. The front porch was a big hit from early morning to late at night with all the deck furniture and the tv. This is definitly the best house that we have stayed in yet.
