Both walk-out to the covered porch, seating area and pool deck. The washer and dryer are located in this floor as well as the garage and ground floor entrance.
Second Floor
A grand, 2 story entrance welcomes you into the main living area. On this floor, enjoy the large 46in TV with BluRay/DVD and Surround Sound. The large kitchen features Thomasville cabinets in Plaza Maple Amaretto Creme finish, GE profile Stainless Appliances and granite countertops. A bar seating area and large 8 person table provide ample seating for large groups. There is also bedroom with Queen bed and bath on this floor. The back doors open to a covered porch area with a table and seating for 8.
Third Floor
Two Master suites are located on the top floor each with King Beds. The baths come with large Travertine showers and soaking tubs to melt away your stress. Each has a private balcony to share those intimate moments in paradise.

Why the Owner Chose Dunes of Destin
While vacationing in Pensacola Beach, people mentioned how much there was to do in Destin. In fact our first visit many years ago was to the Big Kahunas water park (coincidentally 1/4 mi from the Loveshack). Destin has a beautiful harbor, the whitest beaches, golf, shopping and great dining. There is so much to see and do that we were hooked and decided to buy a property. We found our home, "the Loveshack", in the Dunes of Destin gated community.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home has a private pool with a large deck the borders the lake and fountains. The neighborhood has a community pool as well. To top it all off the beach is 150 ft away with a private service to arrange beach furniture. The views of the Gulf and Lake are stunning and the private beach means lots of space for the kids to play. The home itself has 5 bedrooms and a large living space with a wall of windows that faces the lake, providing peaceful views and privacy. A balcony of the front Master Bedroom provides restricted Gulf views.
A new complex of shops and restaurants at the entrance to Destin harbor. A great place to catch a Sunset.
A fabulous outdoor Mall built like a village with many upscale shops, restaurants and boutiques. A Rave cinema is popular with the teenage crowd.
A collection of 70 outlet stores with great bargains. Have your girls check out the BCBG store for great deals.

We just stayed at this home for our family vacation. It was a fabulous week as we had family from out of state meet us there. We had 4 generations ranging from 1 year old to 88 year old. This home was perfect because all of the bedrooms have private baths, the pool and whirlpool on the patio and our family loved fishing in the lake on the back deck! We also do a lot of cooking and the gas stove was a plus to us. Of course, the beach if the best in the world! RCI
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
