This is an amazing waterfront home with superb furnishings and breathtaking views! There is over 200 feet of zero bank waterfront with steps cut into the bulkhead for easy access. Located on fabulous Penn Cove you are sure to enjoy your vacation. Calm waters make kayaking around the cove extraordinary. This property is protected from westerly winds which makes it typically about 5-10 degrees warmer!
There are two boat launches within two miles. Oversized yard with park-like setting. You can dig clams, pick oysters, or pull mussels from the private beach! Or you can just sit back and relax on the large deck and take in the gorgeous views of Penn Cove and Mount Baker. Crabbing is also quite fun and is easily done within Penn Cove by kayak or boat!
Inside enjoy leather sectional sofa in oversized living room with propane fireplace for cozy nights. The family room boasts two leather sofas and a flat screen tv with cable/dvd access. Every room has a view of the water!!!
One level ranch style home with over 2,200 square feet. Master bedroom features queen size bed with attached bathroom. Second bedroom features another queen size bed. Third bedroom features twin size bed. There are also two fold-out beds available for extra sleeping capacity. Both bedrooms with queen beds feature higher thread count sheets and down comforters with douvets. Down comforters with douvets are also available for the two fold-out beds. Enjoy the views from the jetted tub in the second bathroom. Large new hot tub right off the deck!
Wildlife abounds with seals, sea otters, eagles, herons and many other birds! We also offer two (2-year old) kayaks for you to enjoy paddling around the cove. You will not find a nicer more luxurious waterfront home on Penn Cove!
