You can't get closer to the beach than this brand new 2100 sq. ft. house. The private patio will leave you speechless! It is located on the grounds of Casita Blanca. This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath ranch offers unobstructed beach views and easy access to pool and palapas. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and a dishwasher. Spacious dining area with seating for 10. Each large bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom and a/c. One of the bedrooms also has a twin size bunk bed with trundle. Master bedroom has a separate couch with chaise and the bathroom has a jetted tub. House also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. It is newly furnished and kid friendly. Courteous on-site staff provides bi-weekly cleaning. Casita Blanca management speaks English and is extremely helpful.
The Reef National Park is the second largest reef in the world and is located 1/2 mile off of the shore. Snorkeling tours are available in town. Snorkeling right off of the beach is excellent as well. Kite boarding is a popular past time here due to the protected calm waters that the reef provides. When in need, Pina Coladas and other cold drinks are only a short walk away at Sarah's Beach Bar. Personal cook available for additional fee.
This property is located approximately 2/3 mile from the town of Puerto Morelos. Puerto Morelos is a charming village with an ATM, grocery store, book store and many delightful restaurants. Kid friendly town square with swings, slides, basketball court and evening soccer games.
