Two bedrooms, large cathedral ceiling living room, updated kitchen and bath. Two bedrooms with three comfortable queen sized beds. Large screened-in porch overlooking the bay. Perfect for summer swimming, dining and relaxing. Comfortable, modern and clean. Exquisite gourmet dining in town or cheap eats ... we have it all.
This is an ideal spot to relax or explore. Let the waves lull you to sleep and wake up to the beautiful view of the ocean. Walk outside with your morning brew, sit on the rocks and grasp the beauty of nature, possibly watch a clipper ship or day sailor heading up the channel.
Venture off to a lighthouse, or public beach, take in a museum, shop in quaint boutiques or go antique shopping. Go out to hear a local band, a play or the movies.
At the end of your day come back to the cottage and if there's a chill, switch on the fireplace and relax on the couch. Fall asleep watching your favorite movie or crawl into bed between our smooth 500 count cotton sheets.
Don't bother to bring dishes - we have serving dishes, stainless steel pots, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a coffee grinder. Common spices, salt, sugar, flour, paper towels and toilet tissue are also provided.

Year Purchased: 1999
I have spent all my summers at this cottage with my family and I have a very high standard for its upkeep and improvements. Experiences and memories have been made by three generations. I live in MA with my husband and two children. My children played on the same rocks and found crabs and swam until their lips were blue, just as I did and my father before me and his father before him.

We love it so much we rent it out ourselves. We just want to rent it out to people who will take care of it as if it were their own. One floor living on the water. Cottage insulated on the outside...inside you can still see the strud construction. The main 'great room' was orginally a 1940' Sears garage kit... you won't believe your eyes!
