This house in on an acre of land and is 5600 sq feet and has 162 foot frontage on open bayfront with all public rooms facing the bay. The Master bedroom which is on the second level has sweeping water views, and in fact you have the sensation of being right over the water, as if on a yacht with views for miles in all directions. The house is brand new, never been lived in and this is reflected, not only in the condition of the house but in the design of the house as well. The Master has 2 full bathrooms with a shared shower and soaking tub and all fixtures including bidets are high end and sparklingly new. This bedroom has a flat screen TV, 2 large walkin closets and an additional spacious closet for linens and towels. Large glass doors lead out from the bedroom to a furnished private deck overlooking the bay. The second level of the house also has a fully carpeted 20'x 20' bonus room/playroom which is set up with beds, games a TV and is designed for overflow guests or for kids all sleeping in one big room. The other 4 bedrooms in the house are on the first level, one, a second master, is at the corner of the house with windows on all sides and great water views in all directions. The room has a king sized bed, and a day bed, walk in closet, is nicely furnished and has a TV.
this bedroom has a large bath with a big walk in shower and a window to provide natural light. Sliding glass doors lead out to a deck which is practically sitting over the water and faces east toward Shinnecock Inlet. The next bedroom with ensuite bath with an oversized tub, also faces the bay and opens on to a deck on the water, it has a king sized bed and a walk in closed. 2 more bedrooms with private baths face the front of the house and have generous closet space.
The living room, den, dining room and kitchen are with a large open space with oversized windows and glass doors facing the water. The kitchen counters are all stone including a built in island kitchen table with a granite top, capable of seating 10. The refigerator is a built in, and the kitchen also contains an under the counter fridge for wine and drinks. Stove top, 2 ovens, dishwasher, trash compactor, warming drawer, and all the other appliances are new and high end. The kitchen is fully equipped for use as a vacation rental with dinnerware glasses, cups, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, to accomodatae 12 to 15 people. All small appliances( coffee pot, toaster oven etc.) are in the kitchen as well. The den TV area has a large TV flat screen TV hung over an oversized fireplace. This area is furnished with overstuffed chairs and sofa for maximum comfort while watching TV or just enjoy the magnificent view of the bay. Glass doors lead out to big waterfront decks nicely furnished, from the kitchen and TV room.
Comfortable and tasteful outdoor furniture, including a large dining table and chairs are on the decks. A gas barbeque(new)is on the deck and may be placed right outside the door leading into the kitchen.
The garage is very large and accomodates up to 6 cars or some combination of cars and boats and boating equipment. Doors from the garage lead out to the water. A full new bath may be accessed from the waterfront side of the house at the basement level to accomodate those entering the house from the beach who want to wash off before going into the main part of the house.
The house has a 4 zoned heating AC system, a fully equipped large laundry room with front loading washer and dryer, a sink and ample cabinet space.
Above and loverlooking the house is a pool/house and inground swimming pool. The poolhouse has 450 sq feet of space, is heated and aircondtioned, and contains a full bath and a washer and dryer. The pool is 18' by 44' and is heated and is surrounded by a masonary deck. Because of the grade level of the property the view from the pool looks out over the bay, and is highly attractive. The poolhouse is currently configured with a counter and cabinets below, under counter refrigerator, washer and dryer and a sink. The furniture is comprised of a table and chairs a seating area and a futon. If a tenant prefers the space to be set up as a guest house the owner will arrange for the furniture to be replaced with something more suitable.
Even more delightful is the wonderful convenience for those boat lovers to moore their boat right in front of the door. The jet skiier can in a matter of minutes be out in the bay. If you prefer sailing or kayacking it's all right here at your doorstep. If you like to fish, the finest fish are caught right here in Shinnecock Bay and inlet. The ocean is just minutes away. For a summer vacation it doesn't get any better than this or prettier.

I have always enjoyed my summers in the Hampton's and decided not too long ago to build my own home and wanted very much to be on the water. This is a dream come true.

If you enjoy being near the water then you know Hampton Bays is the place to spend your summer. There is the Peconic Bay to the North, Shinnecock Bay to the South and Tiana Bay to the south west. We are surrounded by water and beaches. 10 minutes to Southampton and 55 minutes to Montauk Point.

Living on the water, is breathtaking. The views are magical. The bay lit by the light of the moon is awesome as well as the sun coming up over the water in the morning.
