Upscale, privately owned home on Lake Blue Ridge! This home has beautiful, upscale furnishings and is professionally decorated. Beautiful touches include hardwood floors, antler chandeliers, log style furniture, Old Hickory furniture, Amish rockers on the lakeside porch, ceiling fans, gas barbeque grill, and a tin roof for restful rainy days.
Main Floor:
As you drive up, the welcoming lodge style front porch was built with logs harvested from the property. Walk to the lakeside and see the remaining stumps on the water’s edge. Porch has 4 large rocking chairs and gas grill.
The kitchen and bar are equipped with all accoutrements for food preparation and cocktail gatherings. Includes stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of space on the granite countertops for preparing your meals, or serving your horsd'oeuvres. You can even hire a local chef, should you choose to take the day off. Also provided for you is all your clean up needs, papertowels, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags.
The dining room accommodates 6 to 8 people, who will enjoy the view through large windows. Your dinner gathering may flow easily through the dining area onto the large screened porch overlooking the lake.
Enjoy the stacked stone wood burning fireplace in the living room and know your firewood is provided. There is plenty of room to lounge on the leather sofa and chairs, as you enjoy your visit. From here, your group may flow to the porch overlooking the lake.
Two bedrooms are on the main floor. One has full bed, dvd and flat screen plasma TV. The second has a Queen bed with fly fishing décor.
Bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combination, granite countertops and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Upper Floor:
The master bedroom is in the upper level of the home. Relax in the queen bed and watch a dvd/movie on the flat screen plasma TV. Master bath has double sinks, granite countertops, make-up vanity, and a large tile shower with a jetted shower system.
French doors separate the master bedroom from the loft. The loft overlooks both the living room and the lake. Relax on the leather sofa or recliner, or enjoy playing cards on the game table.
Lower Level:
Enjoy another stacked stone fireplace in this entertainment center. There is a very large plasma high-def TV. A state of the art treadmill for maintaining your exercise routine without having to leave your vacation. Conveniently located so that you can watch TV while walking. Play pool and watch the small flat screen mounted above the pool table. Prepare drinks and snacks at the fully equipped wet bar with refrigerator. Enjoy arcade games including Ms Pac Man, Frogger, Donky Kong, Galaga, and others.
The bedroom located on this level has a twin bed which is great for your "young" travelers who enjoy their privacy. This room houses the cypress sauna. Laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
Boatdock:
The dock has views of the lake and mountains. It is tucked back and gives you a chance to enjoy swimming or floating in Lake Blue Ridge. Bring your own boat, or contact the marina to rent a pontoon or Sea Doo.

Lake Blue Ridge is located in the North Georgia Mountains. About 90 minutes north of Atlanta. In Fannin County it sits at the intersection of Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina.
The lake is very clean and the fishing and boating are fantastic. Water ski and jet ski all day and enjoy quiet fishing times in the early morning and evening. The private dock is great for sunbathing,swimming or fishing in the clear refreshing waters. Bring your own boat or Personal watercraft and tie up at the private dock.. Or Blue Ridge Marina will rent you a boat.
