Located at 2863 Marshall Blvd, our non-smoking, beachfront home is in a perfect location on Sullivan's Island. Sullivan's Island is a secluded, non-commercialized island within a 15-minute drive to downtown, historic Charleston and many fine restaurants. A 30 second walk and you're on the beach - literally! Take a long walk on the beach... Enjoy the surf or great gullies to play in; watch the pelicans, sea gulls; rent windsurfers, kayaks, and kite-boards...there is so much to do!
The beach and the Atlantic Ocean are your backyard when staying in this spacious, family-friendly home!
Our home is approximately 2600 square feet and is specifically designed to take advantage of the beautiful views. It is a very open home and pure comfort is a top priority. It is newly-decorated and painted, and all bedrooms have their own private bathroom and TV.
Bed Layout is as follows...
On the main floor:
Bedroom #1 has 2 double beds.
Bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds.
Upstairs:
Oceanfront Master Suite #1 with 1 King bed.
Oceanfront Master Suite #2 with 1 King bed.
These two bedrooms are spaced apart with a common sitting area with another TV and card table.
The best shower is in the separate, enclosed shower room underneath the house for rinsing off when coming off the beach. There is also a half bath located underneath the house for even more convenience.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR EACH GUEST!! You will only need to plan on bringing or renting beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of products such as toilet paper, paper towels, bath & dish soaps, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The beach was so different but we loved being able to walk half way to Europe at low tide....just incredible! Your house is absolutely wonderful and I can't think of much to change to improve it.

The pictures don't do it justice. Our time relaxing at the "Blender" was truly memorable. It really feels like a home away from home with an amazing view. We discussed renting the house again and would highly recommend it for a relaxing peaceful weekend on the beach. The owner is very helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful time. We loved the house, every part of it. It was beautiful and still comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked. We cooked almost every night and happy hour started about 4:00 every afternoon. We relaxed and laughed and talked around the clock. It was so great and we've decided to make it a yearly event. The beach was incredible. I sat outside every morning on the deck and drank coffee and watched the porpoises and all of the fun dogs. It was a perfect place to recuperate after surgery. I wouldn't change a thing!

Stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the situation on the beach spectacular. The kitchen is well-stocked, and everything worked well for us. Sullivan's Island is a very special place - one of the last quiet residential beach islands.

The screened in porch is the best! Even on really hot days you can be on the porch and experience a delightful breeze and ocean view experience. The kite boarders provided a daily late afternoon entertainment that was truly delightful. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking in an easy experience for those times we wanted to eat in. What a delightful surprise! We cannot wait to come back!
