This fully-equipped villa has two bedrooms, two baths, flat screen TVs 40 TV channels, charcoal BBQ grill, lanai, etc. Table for six people. Purified water attached to the fridge. A fully furnished kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, doble door fridge, and all utensils allows the preparation of meals at your convenience. Just one floor up from the street level. Maid service is available upon request at additional $20 Us x day charge.
During the day you can relax under a palapa/cabana on the poolside while being pampered by the staff of the club that is prepared to serve you your favorite beverage.
The views to the ocean from your private pool are dreamy. This was our first trip to Ixtapa and we were pretty excited to see this Villa that we chose and we were not disappointed. The unit is quite nice and open with an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to have our own pool!! It is located inside an upscale complex and has very nice amenities including the restaurant and the free shuttle to the Marina. We did not meet Dolores but met her son Victor. He was very helpful and informative. No issues to report and would rent this Villa again if we returned. Thank you Dolores

My husband & I just got back from a little piece of heaven on earth. This villa is beautiful & very romantic. There is so much to see & do in town, but when you get back to your own space, relaxing in your own private pool puts a nice cap on a perfect day. We found the people to be exceptionally friendly & helpful, most spoke very good English. We opted to grill at the villa a few nights but the rest of the time took advantage of some really wonderful restaurants. The food is so good...theres always fresh fish. We had a wonderful anniversary trip. Thank you Delores for the use of your very special villa. We will be returning. I think weve found our new vacation spot.

Hi Dolores! Our one month stay was absolutely amazing! Thank you. We cannot wait to return!!! From the moment you walk into the Villa, you enter paradise! The Villa sparkles with beauty and cleanliness. The views are breathtaking, the private pool is perfect for cooling off, and the accommodations were super! The multiple pools, the shuttle boat service across the Marina, and the club house facilities were wonderful options for swimming, walking the beach, or dining during our stay. Couldn't imagine a nicer vacation with my family! Hope to stay again soon!

My parents loved every minute of their trip to Ixtapa. Your condo was perfect for them and they enjoyed having their own pool on days when they just wanted to relax in peace and quiet away from the crowds. Stepping off the plane in Ixtapa and finding ourselves at this beautiful villa was like stepping into paradise. The place was sparkling and spacious and more than we expected. What a perfect vacation, sitting by the pool reading, relaxing and gazing out at magnificent view! Dolores took such good care of us and every one there was so friendly and helpful. We did not want to leave and will definitely making this our next vacation spot!

We had a great vacation at this place, beautiful house and a perfect spot for the kids to. Nice and quiet area and several pools to chose from if you donot go to the beach. Convenient with the little boat trip to the marina, I will highly recommend this place.
