Our 4-bedroom house is nicely spread out on one level, with three big bedrooms in the main house (two rooms have one queen-size bed in each; the third has a bunk bed), and a separate/detached guest bedroom in the back (with one double/full-size bed for 1 or 2). There are ceiling fans in the living room and the two master bedrooms.
The house sleeps up to 8 people, has 2 bathrooms and 2 deck areas (a front deck for eating and a back deck for lounging in the sun & shade).
#19 is fully equipped with everything you need for a great island stay: outdoor shower, washer/dryer, stainless steel fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, full cooking gear/utensils, condiments, pots, pans, etc.
2 Satellite TV's (DirecTV, HBO, etc.), DVD, VCR, CD stereo; bicycles, wagon, linens & towels (bath & beach), port-a-crib (on request), Weber BBQ grill, upright piano, games, books, video library, patio & deck furniture, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, etc.
Wireless available at the 4-bedroom only (not the 3-bedroom). Please refer to our website for info.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Bay Park
We've been homeowners in Fire Island for the past 20 years. We LOVE Fire Island. It is our second home. It's very kid-friendly and our family always has a great time out there.
The Unique Benefits of this Family House
The beach in Ocean Bay Park is one of the least crowded on the island. The neighborhood is very family-oriented. Our houses are only located only 100 yards from the ocean which makes it very practical with children (bathroom breaks, forgot toys, etc.)... We enjoy it very much ourselves! Our houses are located between the bay and the ocean. The island is only 2 blocks wide in our community which is great as we are so close to the ocean and the bay!!
