2 BR 2 BA Condo on beautiful Sand Key Beach next to Clearwater Beach. Get Breathtaking views from the 17th floor of the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal from one of your two balconies. There is a private heated pool and private beach access. The unit has been remodeled with new carpeting in the bedrooms and tile floors throughout. New furniture in bedrooms, & living room. New mattresses for all beds (king and 2 twins) purchased in summer 2009. Cable TV in the master bedroom and living room, and spare bedroom with no current internet connection. Pull out queen sofa available if needed.
There are numerous activities in the area including fine dining (right across the street), amusement parks (Busch gardens and Disney), sports (Tampa Bay Rays, Bucs, Lightning), and all your water activities. The condo is clean and furnished.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 and Gina was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the beach and the pool on a daily basis as well as having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. Pier 60 was wonderful and the Double Eagle deep see fishing tour was the best. Everything was just a few minutes away, great location. We will definately go back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
