This second floor Villa with a vaulted ceiling in the main living area has a great view of the lagoon. It also has plenty of natural light as well as being more private and quiet due to it being an end unit on the second floor.
The Villa is located in the East Beach area and is a 1 minute walk to Kiawah's famous 10 mile beach and a 15 minute walk to the Sanctuary Hotel and the Roy Barth Tennis Center.
The bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Extra windows give a bright and airy feel to the room. A flat screen TV with a DVD/VCR player is also available.
The living room has an LCD TV with a DVD player with HDMI connection for the highest quality DVD video. There is also an AM/FM CD player in the living room. Hi speed wireless is also provided. The sofa with chaise is extra large and made with a soft and comfy chenille fabric. It also opens up into a queen bed.
The kitchen has all new spiced maple cabinets, anti-microbial silestone quartz countertops, porcelain tile floor and backsplash. It also has a brand new stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge with ice maker
The bathroom has been completely redone with a new tub, vanity and porcelain tiled walls and floor. The fixtures are all new with a brushed nickel finish. The showerhead has 3 spray settings.
Enjoy sitting or dining on the screened in porch while watching alligators and other wildlife surrounding the lagoon.
