This completely renovated end unit second floor villa has a vaulted ceiling in the main living area and a great view of the lagoon. The villa has extra windows bringing more natural light in as well as being much more private and quiet. The screened in porch is also open on one end giving a panoramic view of the lagoon.
The villa is located in the Mariner's Watch complex in the East Beach area and is a 1-2 minute walk to Kiawah's famous 10 mile beach and Night Heron Park and a short bike ride to the Sanctuary Hotel, Towncenter and the Roy Barth Tennis Center. The bike and walking path is just behind the building along the lagoon.
The bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Extra windows give a bright and airy feel to the room. A flat screen TV with a DVD player is also available.
The living room has an LCD TV with a DVD player with HDMI connection for the highest quality DVD video. There is also an AM/FM CD player in the living room. Hi speed wireless is also provided. The sofa with chaise is extra large and made with a soft and comfy chenille fabric. It also opens up into a queen bed.
The kitchen has all new spiced maple cabinets, anti-microbial silestone quartz countertops, porcelain tile floor and backsplash. It also has a brand new stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge with ice maker.
The bathroom has been completely redone with a new tub, vanity and porcelain tiled walls and floor. The fixtures are all new with a brushed nickel finish. The showerhead has 3 spray settings.
Enjoy sitting or dining on the screened in porch while watching alligators and other wildlife surrounding the lagoon.

The Villa is in a very quiet area but very close to the beach, Night Heron Park, The Sanctuary and the Roy Barth Tennis center. We love the view of the lagoon and watching the alligators sunning on the far bank.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Lagoon view provides a great opportunity to view much of the wildlife that surrounds the lagoon. We like the added privacy and quiet that the top floor end unit provides. We also enjoy watching the alligators. The bike path runs right by the lagoon so it is also convenient for taking a bike ride or going for a run. We are tennis players and also like being close to the Roy Barth Tennis center which is open year round.
Beautiful new Five Star Hotel, great dining and is a short walk/bide ride away.
One of the top tennis resorts in the country. The center has 9 har tru and 3 hard courts. You can get a private lesson or sign up for one of the many clinics that are offered.

My husband and I visited Kiawah for the first time at the end of October. The weather was perfect and the crowds were nonexistent. The Redmonds have done a great job decorating. The villa was beautiful (exactly as pictured) and extremely clean! The kitchen was furnished with every utensil and cookware imaginable, loved that there were even wine glasses on hand. The king size bed was also comfortable. ResortQuest employees were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this villa.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
