Drive up to this beautiful complex after a fun-filled afternoon and enter through the gated access to your private covered parking space, which happens to be the closest parking space to enter the building. Walk up the ramp, (no steps), enter the building with your private code, and take the elevator to your loft.
Walk (keyless entry) into your bright chic loft and experience a relaxing, carefree and romantic ambiance. The 14' ceilings and tasteful/colorful decor provide for a warm and inviting welcome. Sit down relax and enjoy your favorite drink while you watch the downtown trolley or the horse-driven carriages go by; or you may choose to sit on your quiet & very private balcony. It is dinner time but you decide to stay home after an enjoyable but tiring afternoon of sightseeing. You decide to prepare a home-cooked meal with all the conveniences of a fully equipped kitchen with state of art stainless steel appliances and dine in your beautiful granite counter island.
Evening approaches and you decide to take the elevator to the roof top terrace to enjoy your favorite drink in the open and inviting terrace and contemplate the panoramic and breathtaking view of downtown San Antonio and surrounding areas. In the morning, you wake up early and you decide to take an early walk to the King Williams District to enjoy sightseeing of the incredible historical homes in the area. After your walk, you return to your loft, take a nice warm shower in your cozy bathroom and you are ready for another vacation day.
You walk across the street from your loft and take the trolley to downtown San Antonio. You have beautiful weather and enjoy your day at the Riverwalk. You take the trolley back to your loft and you are once again in your cozy home away from home. In the morning you wake up and after you have had your first cup of coffee, you decide to put in a wash load using the state of art washer and dryer provided in the unit. After your wash load and a fine breakfast in your private balcony, you are ready for another fun and exciting vacation day in San Antonio. The next morning you decide to join the group exercise class in the fitness center. What a workout for ten dollars! You have a full vacation schedule planned at the San Antonio Missions. Upon your return you decide to barbecue by the pool using the state of the art barbecue gas grill. You grill your steaks in a very relaxing environment, enjoying the relaxing sounds of the waterfall in the pool. After enjoying a delightful dinner by the pool, you decide to call it a night since tomorrow will be your departure date.
All good things, unfortunately, come to an end. It is time for your vacation departure. Do not stress over the clean up; we will take care of that for you. Take with you a "bundle" of happy vacation memories! We bid you farewell and thank you kindly for being our guest. HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!

The Unique Benefits of this Loft (Condo)
I enjoy the location convenience to all the downtown San Antonio attractions; enjoy the upscale development and the quality features of the development, including the fact that the building is mostly concrete and steel (feel safer during turbulent weather). I like the security of the building as well. I like the elevator. I enjoy all the amenities in the loft itself and the fact that it is very private, cheerful and with lots of light. It is easy to clean, allowing much time for fun and other things one wants to do.
