The driveway is 1/2 mile, winding thru the woods under several tree bent arches untill you arrive into the totally private play areas, home site and wild life areas. The home has 8 bedrooms. 10 ft.ceilings 6 of the bedrooms have king size beds, private bath/showers, closets, Direct satellite TV's. The other 2 bedrooms are for boys and girls with their own bathrooms, showers/tub with bunk beds and a trundle bed. The living room (cathedral)and kitchen area will seat up to 25 for eating and has a large area for lounging or watching the big screen TV. Front load washer and dryer.
We have Horses, Turkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and (6) custom deer stands with open views to the property line creek for the hunter. This home is nestled under huge oaks and has expansive decks which totally surround the home. For fun we boast a 9 hole, par 3 golf course with three golf carts. The course proves very challenging and holes range from 30 yards to 150 yards. The course is fully lighted for night play with spot lights on each tee and floods to light up the entire pond, dock, and playing areas. And NO ONE in front or behind your pace of play. Trampoline with the safety cage. A 1.5 acre pond 22 ft deep and is stocked with Bass. The pond is also for swimming as well, has a dock and a 22' tall 8'x8' tower with high and low diving boards. We have miles of trails thru the woods for walking, 3 electric golf carts for rent to carry your clubs and cooler or to ride quietly on the drive or trails at night which is amazing. Our horses and animals may be petted but not rode or fed, we have a caretaker that feeds them daily, however, there is a riding stable 1 mile away which will ride up to 20 for as long as you wish to ride and includes lunch for 20 pr person. Hundreds of miles of dirt roads to ride on if you should desire to bring 4 wheelers or motorcycles. We have an indoor and outdoor stereo system to enjoy music while playing inside or out with separate volume controls in all areas. We have 2 grills and a smoker on the huge 15 x 64 ft. rear deck. This land is loaded with wildlife for the hunter and 6 custom built tree stands for total comfort. Lazer tag, Bocci ball, cornhole, volley ball/bad mitten tons of board games and much more.

Why the Owner Chose Dublin
We bought 50 acres in 2003 for hunting and recreational property. We decided to build this home on the site for the future enjoyment of our 4 boys and now 7 grandchildren, friends and other guests. It was constructed as a legacy to be left from us so that many future generations of our family would also enjoy and create firm roots of family gatherings, the country and all it has to offer. We continually add fun attractions to be enjoyed. Since the completion of the home in June 2004, we have had hundreds of family, friends and guests. We have had several comments that is a "Disney World" in the country for adults and children alike. Many people asked us if it was for rent and we have let some church groups use it at no charge, but since so many have inquired, we have decided to try rentals. So here we are!

My wife Carey (of 37 years) and I (David) were born in Michigan. My mother was born and raised and most of her family still resides in central GA. I spent most of my childhood summers in GA on the farm. We spent 18 years in Atlanta and moved to Hilton Head for 14 years. We now reside in central GA very close to where I spent my summers as a child. We sold our Company to our boys on Hilton Head and began a new development near Dublin, GA. We live in our development which is a Low country cottage theme, has 17 lots 3+ acres each, around a 6 acre lake heavily stocked with fish. Homes are approx. 3k sq ft. and a very private community "Defined by the Lifestyle" named Jacav'e Springs Plantation.

Dave, On behalf of the group, let me thank you for a wonderful and memorable outing that we grudgingly concluded today. I was, though thoroughly excited, a little bit apprehensive about what I might actually find when we arrive at Casarea because of a couple of disappointments I had in the past when renting private vacation places. But the apprehension simply evaporated as soon as I drove through the front gate on that Thursday evening, even though the weather was far from perfect that particular evening. And the rest was all downhill... We were more than satisfied with the experience. We found everything absolutely welcoming and fun. The kids had a heck of a time and were reluctant to leave and that alone is worth every single penny. Each of the kids had at least one accident where they ended up with bruises or very minor injuries but they soon forgot them in the excitement. The house and the surroundings were very well kept and thoughtful. The rooms were aplenty and had welcoming warmth. We had some leisurely strolls along some of the many trails. The kids enjoyed chatting with the horses and goats. Although my late evening plan for chicken kebabs was a complete disaster, the little ones were more than content with their doses of s'mores. But above all, we enjoyed talking about our school days and arguing heatedly about future. We made promises to each other to meet more often in the end and this may as well be a starting point of a new chapter in our friendship. So, THANK YOU!!! Nimit Patel
