This brand new waterfront home was designed and built with entertaining in mind. It sits on the 1044, the lowest level that the TVA will allow a homeowner to build on.
With 8 bedrooms, extra large great room, lower level family room, game room, hot tub and covered boat dock, this home is sure to accommodate just about any vacationing needs. Featuring a great room with 20 foot high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake, this home is sure to surpass your expectations. The great room with total wood wall coverings walks out to a very large private deck ideal for entertaining large groups or just hanging out with a few friends. This 2nd level deck includes a complete outdoor furniture set for dining, a gas grill, and several lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and lake view. The upgraded kitchen includes custom handmade cabinets built by a local craftsman, top end appliances, and a large breakfast bar that is open to the great room. This bar offers additional seating to the already well-equipped large dining room table in the dining area. The great room includes a large TV and is enhanced by an open staircase transitioning to the 2nd and 3rd levels of the home. The Owner’s suite is located on the main level and is connected to a large private bath upgraded with all the amenities you would expect from a Norris Lake Properties home. The 2nd level was designed and built to, in effect, offer a 2nd and 3rd owner’s bedroom standard of amenity. Both bedrooms are oversized and include vaulted ceilings, private sinks and dressing areas, and are connected to a shared bathroom. The 3rd level of the home is often a child favorite with its secluded single bedroom and youthful feel.
The Lower (2) levels were designed to provide additional room to “get away” from the quieter happenings of the upper two floors. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us to celebrate for our family get together. You were all very helpful with information. The house was as beautiful as pictured and provided us with the perfect background for a great time. It was cozy with plenty of sleeping room for all. We enjoyed the decks for sunning and reading. The hot tub was a definite plus to sooth the sore muscles from the lake activities. The lake was breathtaking. It provided us with all day fun.and the dock was convenient to store our jetski. The area was convenient for shopping as well as the marinas for gas and boat rentals. We did rent a pontoon boat and enjoyed touring the lake together. All around it was a fantastic time!! We look forward to returning in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I love the water. When we vacation with our family at Norris Lake, we always have a great time. The weather is usually 10 deg. warmer then Ohio, where we are from. Skiing starts in May and you can ski into October. Royal Blue ATV trail head is 5 miles from our cabin for those who like to 4-wheel. Our cabin is on the water in a cove that is just down from Jump Bridge. We have a floating covered dock with steps off our deck. There is a private boat ramp within our community. Great for family reunions!
