This beautiful completely remodeled beach bungalow home is just 5 minutes walking distance from the sand in one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. It is located just around the corner from the Newport Pier and the Peninsula, where dining and fishing are at its finest. Enjoy the many activities that Newport has to offer such as surfing, boogie boarding, sailing, power boat rentals, Catalina Island cruises, Whale watching tours, parasailing, fun zone rides and arcade, and the World Famous "Wedge" where some of the biggest body surfing waves in the world can be found.
This beautiful newly remodeled home has two patios, one in front for relaxing, entertaining, or just enjoying the sun, and the other patio is in the back, where you can BBQ and dine.
The large front room has high ceilings and a beautiful gas fireplace, along with a beautiful custom made 11 foot sofa/chaise lounge. French doors fully open to the front patio where you will get the most amazing ocean breeze.
The new fully remodeled kitchen has all brand new appliances, granite counter tops, and designer cabinets. The Master Bedroom has one easter king bed with all new bedroom furnishings and a beautiful remodeled bathroom with a 6 foot deep jet tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds, with the second bathroom right across the short hallway. The second bathroom also has a jet tub. The open office has sleeper sofa. There is also a two-car garage with laundry facilities. Additionally there is access to a Clubhouse with Olympic size swimming pool (kid friendly), tennis, basketball, swing park, & beach volleyball.
This house is just a great place to relax after a hard day at the beach or Disneyland.
Other attractions within a short drive are Huntington Beach (also a short bike ride) Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland and California Adventure Park, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose, and many more.
