We are located in an upscale subdivision right off of Alii Drive right above White Sands Beach Park. Our home sits on 2/3 acre lot in a cul-da-sac surrounded by lots of tropical fruit trees.
It is very private and peaceful. Our location is walking distance to the beach and 5 minute drive to shopping, dining, and downtown Kona. This is a BARGAIN for the price. Perfect for 2 couples or a couple wanting a lot of space.
During whale season enjoy whale watching from our 400 ft plus lanai. You can also hear the sound of the ocean early in the mornings or in the evenings.
