This three-level 1937 square foot townhouse blends mountain inspired finishes with the feel of a sophisticated urban row house.

On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, Kohler faucets and a gas stove. The dining and living room are also on the main level and both share a common space. The living room features a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, large flat screen television, and gains access to a covered deck outside.

Additionally, the second bedroom is located on the main level, featuring a Queen bed and ensuite access to the main level bathroom.

On the top level is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen television, decadent master bathroom, and a separate loft sitting area.

The third bedrooms is on the bottom level, featuring a Twin over Full bunk. A bathroom is located on the lower level, and there is also a den on the bottom level with a flat screen TV and access to the lower outdoor patio.

Guests may park one car in the underground parking garage at Alpen Glow Condominiums across the alley.
