This beautiful property named the "Twin Hollys" has a Main House with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a Cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, living room and small kitchen. All of the flooring is reclaimed antique pumpkin pine and custom tile. The Main House was completely renovated in 2007 with a brand new addition, though you will find some of the unique features of the original 1913 Bungalow still preserved and intact. The Cottage is a completely brand new dwelling, finished in 2007.
When you walk through the front door of the Main House you enter a sitting area with a fireplace, and a beautiful dining table that seats 8-10. This area leads into an open living room, with 3 chairs, an oversized couch, a beautiful new flat screen TV and DVD player and custom built-in shelves.
Most of the furnishings throughout the house have been provided by the Nantucket Looms and are of beautiful quality. Everything in the home was purchased in 2008. So everything is virtually brand new, with the exception of some hand chosen antique pieces.
The first floor of the Main House features a beautiful kitchen with an island for dining, and also a small 4 person table- in addition to the formal dining table previously mentioned. The kitchen has French doors which open to a small yard. There is a half bath and laundry room on the floor as well.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one guest room with a private bath and a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds. These two rooms share a full bath that is located in the hallway. Also on the second floor you will find the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom features a queen bed and 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. The Master Bathroom has an oversized shower, complete with two rain shower heads, and a large granite bench. There is also a separate bubble bath. The master bath features his and hers separate vanities as well.
The Cottage features a first floor with a mini kitchen and an island for sitting, a living room complete with a couch, 2 chairs, antique coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a full bath with a shower on the first floor. A beautiful hand crafted ship's ladder will take you to the second floor where you will find an oversized bedroom with a queen bed.
Both the Main House and Cottage have air conditioning.

- Kid Friendly : With the bunkbeds and guest cottage our property makes it easy to pack up the kids and even bring a nanny that can stay in the cottage. Our home is steps away from childrens' beach, where kids can swim, play at the playground or run free in the open green. Jetties Beach is about a short 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride away, one of the best family beaches on island.
