Wonderful Spring Break Weekend!!!!

I rented the condo for my family of four and my sister and her family of four. We had so much room and it was wonderful! The condo was so roomy and clean and more than met out needs. I loved that there are so many windows in the living room that allow you to see the beautiful views. The owner was so easy and nice to work with. She made sure that we had the best renting experience possible. The pool and hot tub were really nice too and our kids had a blast! I would definitely rent from Lynn again because she seemed to truly want us to have the best time possible. She was also very quick to answer any questions and just was a real joy to rent from. If you need to cook while at the condo the kitchen is stocked well and is very large. Overall, our time in Navarre was one of the best trips we have ever taken. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great Three-Day Getaway!

What a beautiful condo! We arrived with our three children and were so pleased the moment we walked in. The view is absolutely gorgeous, the place is so clean and comfortable and all the little extras were really appreciated - the kids LOVED the games. We loved being able to cook our meals in rather than going out and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. The pool and hot tub are great and the property is in beautiful shape. Fifth floor was perfect height from the pool deck. We will be renting this condo again and would really recommend it. We've been to Summerwind a number of times and this unit is our new favorite. Owners were easy to work with, too. We left there a happy, relaxed family!

We enjoyed our "Girls Getaway" so very much. We found the condo to be better than the online photos. The unit was clean and the location great. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made it extra nice for our time there. Navarre Beach is quieter and more quaint than other beaches. We were positioned conveniently to travel to Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, etc., and we did one day. The rest of the time we enjoyed on the balcony. The view is incredible! You will not find a nicer owner than Lynn. She was kind, informative, helpful throughout the booking process and beyond. She truly set the tone for a wonderful, memory-making, relaxing trip with her sweet southern charm. This condo is a "keeper" and we certainly hope to return for more fun in the sun in the future.

Great Time on Navarre Beach

Overall experience was Superb! Our favorite part of this condo is the large wrap-around balcony that overlooks the gulf. Beach was great, weather was perfect! Owner is very quick to respond and great to deal with. I would recommend this unit!

Nice, Quiet Beach; Beautiful Views; Spacious

Navarre Beach is a nice, quiet area with lots of white sand. The condo description is accurate. Nice sized bedrooms; wrap around balcony; 5th floor ocean view is wonderful, a great way to welcome the morning and end the evening; pool area is nice with plenty of chairs; boardwalk to the beach is very convenient; lifeguard is close by; neat little "snack bar" located within condo community, yummy shaved ice, not too expensive given the convenient location. Condo owner is VERY nice and goes above and beyond to meet guests needs; communicates frequently and honestly; on-site condo staff are nice, some more attentive than others. Dining options and attractions are limited in Navarre Beach, probably one of the reasons it so quiet and laid back (which we enjoyed so much!!); however Ft. Walton Beach and Destin are a short drive and offer lots of activities. When visiting Destin, Southern Star Dolphin Cruise is great for families (Christian-based company), large vessel, and clean. It's located in HarborWalk Village, which also offers lots of dining options. Please note - AVOID the Lucky Snapper restaurant. It is overpriced and frozen-dinner quality. Overall nice vacation accommodations and beautiful area.

we returned again to this wonderful condo and if anything, it was even better. The beach was just beautiful and the condo was even nicer than we remembered, plus it looks like they had added several new things. Owner was incredibly easy to work with, so helpful plus honest. The kids loved the amenities the owners provided and we (our group) just truly enjoyed the peaceful, pretty furnishings. Nothing better at the end of the day than to sit on the large balcony with your group & enjoy some sunset cocktails. Enjoy - we sure did!

I'm not referring anyone to this condo...because I want it ALL to myself! This condo is very spacious. 6 adults and 3 children and all our stuff fit with lots of room to spare. The furnishings are beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. But the view is the best of all. 5th floor view is Awesome. Lynn, is super easy to work with and talk too. I'll definitely be back.

We loved this condo. The pictures just do not do it justice. Condo was very spacious and beautiful with a large wrap around balcony. The beach was wonderful and grounds were well maintained. We had a great time and loved working with the owner. They were very informational and gave great tips on things to do and where to eat. They had also provided plenty of amenities for a great stay. We will definitely be a repeat visitor.

This condo is everything we wanted in a beach front condo. We've stayed here in the past and WILL stay again. Have also brought friends who then rented it themselves. The amenities are we great and it is nicely decorated. Owners have been good to work with.; They also own a 1 bedroom unit next door which we have rented when had the whole family together. We have no problem recommending it to anyone looking for an upscale beachfront condo. The views on the balcony are awesome...great spot for a "cool one" at the end of the day.

We had two families staying in this unit and it was so affordable that we didn't have our expectations too high. We were wrong! The place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The full kitchen is so nice to not have to eat every meal out. The beach was stunning and the weather just gorgeous. The pools and hot tubs were never crowded. We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and we all said we can't wait to return to the exact same place!

Great Time at Navarre!!

Just stayed at Summerwind this weekend with my family and friends. The beaches were great. the water was as clear as i have ever seen on Friday but some seaweed did move in on Saturday. But the weather was supurb and the beaches were very clean. There was no indication of oil anywhere. this is the second time down there since school let in this year and am planning on going back before years end!! Can't Wait!!!

Beautiful Beach and no oil

My family recently stayed at this unit and found it to be very spacious and clean. With all of the oil spill publicity, we were expecting to not be able to be on the beach. The beaches were beautiful and we did not encounter any oil or tar balls at all. The three pools were always clean and the public areas well maintained. We will definitely go back to Summerwind and this unit. We also liked that it was just a short drive into the Fort Walton/Destin area for dining and shopping. We always enjoy Navarre Beach and that it is not overly crowded. The owner was very helpful.

Navarre...Our Favorite Family Memories!!

My family has visited this condo four years in a row now. Sometimes we go with family or friends, sometimes we go by ourselves. There is TONS of room...easily fits 10 using the sofa bed with plenty of space. The condo itself is GORGEOUS with AMAZING views. The pool and hot tubs are sparkling. It has all the amenities you would have in your own home...glasses, dish ware, pots and pans, laundry, etc. I couldn't find a more perfect place for a beach retreat if I wanted to. But, the most important thing that can't be summed up in just words is the quality of time and fun I have had there with my family. I have 3 kids and my youngest was 2 when we started visiting this condo 4 years ago. Now she is no longer the youngest. Our last little one arrived in March 2009 and he has visited twice since his birth. We have watched this condo and this beach become a part of their childhood, a part of what they will remember when they grow up and have children of their own. And, their smiles while playing in the beautiful white sand or while riding the waves on a boogie board will forever be engrained in our minds and hearts as young parents. Even during the typical mid-day Florida pop-up thunderstorms, we managed to have fun playing with the games at the condo or cuddling on the couch and watching movies. There is always plenty to do...above and beyond the pool and the beach. Destin is a quick jaunt down the main drag if you are looking for entertainment, shopping and nightlife. There's a great zoo just a few minutes from the condo in Gulf Shores. And the new pier just opened. There is no way I could describe to you the feeling I get every time I walk through the door of this condo. It's magical...like Disney...in a peaceful, relaxing sort of way. I feel at home the minute I get there with none of the stress being at home brings...bills, to do lists, and so on. We count the days until we get to go again and make more precious memories with our kids.

Amazing Condo! We had a wonderful time. The depictions of this condo were completely accurate and it was very clean upon arrival. The owners did a wonderful job furnishing, so it really looks like a home away from home. I would recommend this condo, as I plan on using it for future trips!

My family of 5 and my 2 parents recently stayed in this beautiful, oceanfront condo on Navarre Beach (quite possibly "Florida's best kept secret"). The owner was incredibly helpful and honest - not always the case with some rental situations. The photos do not do this unit justice - it was so clean, comfortable and well stocked. My mother and I loved the bright & cheerful decor - it must have been professionally decorated because it was that pretty. You could tell the owners had children of their own as they went to the trouble of having many "kid friendly" ammenities available. We especially liked the 5th floor view - it was just right. Very roomy with sleeping arrangements for 10 and the kitchen was one of the best - it had just about everything you could want. Now that we have found this gem, we will be returning every year. The only drawback was that our vacation ended.
