Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
My husband had befriended our next-door neighbor when he was a college student. She instantly became his 'adoptive grandmother' as she shared anecdotes and life lessons with him. Their relationship grew; She welcomed his company and help during the holidays; He appreciated the advice and wisdom she imparted. When the house next to hers (now ours) came on the market, she was the first to call him. Buying it and soon after renovating it was a natural choice. After all, he had been enjoying the many pleasures the desert has to offer, for many years.

I’m sorry this is a day or two late, but just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home this past weekend; it felt like home to us. The location was perfect and central to everything. Our daughters’ hotel was only one mile away and it was so convenient to drive down the street to see her. Hopefully we can book your home again for our visit next year.
