  Our stay was wonderful. Our condo had everything you need for a relaxing trip.We loved the new beach chairs in the room. So perfect for the beach ,they even had a cooler in the back of chair. The room had many extras. The owners put a lot of thought into setting up this rental. They are such nice people to do business with . We were close to the pool and we parked at our back door everyday. The beach is wonderful.One of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. Napili is more like old hawaii , more laid back and peaceful. than Big Highrises, that are in other areas.

  We stayed for a week at this property. Problems upon arrival were dealt with smoothly and efficiently, we were a bit frustrated because of the long trip so anything that was not right was an initial annoyance until we settled in. The owner was not at fault and he helped clear up the situation quickly. Onsite management also took care of key card problems right away. The property is well kept, well equiped and well situated. You can park your car and forget about it, unless you are travelling to other parts of the island. Easy walking everywhere, inlcuding hikes, beach and market. Our 2 year old son loved walking out into the lanai every morning and running up and down the well manicured lawns and well kept gardens around the resort. The bed was very comfortable. We used the french press every morning to make our kona eye opener despite having a coffee machine and free coffee down at the gazebo. The beach is beautiful, hikes are very accessible, and the pool with jacuzzi a great place to meet friends. I would stay here again.

  We stayed 13 nights in this unit. Unit was clean, well equiped kitchen. Lots of nice extras like coolers, boggies boards,beacn towels etc. Pool and Hot tub right outside the door. Hope to come back next winter.

  5 minute walk to beach. Clean and fairly modern. Was really nice too be have spices and codiments on hand. The resort was clean and quiet. We'd return.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Owner response: Through a follow up email we learned that the one thing these guests didn't care for was the "smooth top range/oven" in our unit. While we realize we can't accommodate everyone's preferences, these comments are helpful at the point we are considering changing appliances and furnishings.

  We really enjoyed our month stay at this Napili Shores Condo. The location is perfect, if you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The unit is right next to the pool and a very short walk to the ocean and nearby beach. The owners have supplied the unit with everything you might need, including beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The property is really beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend this property to friends.

  Donna and Dan were very accommodating. The condo had beach equipment; beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and towels. We enjoyed our week vacation in Maui with snorkeling, taking "The Road to Hana," eating at Mama's restaurant, touring Lahaina via the local bus, and my husband loved golfing at the two Kapalua golf courses (The Plantation and Bay). Donna and Dan were gracious hosts and checked in with us during our stay. The condo was clean and all of the kitchen and bath supplies were provided. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Aloha and mahalo Donna and Dan!

  I spent Labor Day weekend with my daughter in this unit. It was very clean, very nice - the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor grills are cleaned every day and were great to use. The Gazebo for breakfast is great - hint: don't wait in line - press the button on your room phone and order for pick-up. Pass the crowd to the register, pick up and eat on your own private patio. We walked over to the beach on the cove next door and snorkeled. Saw a huge turtle and my biggest reward: a humahumanukanukaapuaa! Very nice that beach chairs are included. Being from Florida I was worried about having no A/C but it was very comfortable - no need for the air conditioning. We had such a great time. Will definitely rent this and the owner's other unit again! Coming back with more family! Thank you Dan & Donna for a wonderful stay!

  Would highly recommend this condo unit. This is unit was clean & well maintained. Directly across from the pool and easily accessible to the whole complex. The only thing that I would change would be a faster fan in the living area. This condo unit is a whole lot quieter than the condo unit (Paki Maui) that we stayed at the week prior. The beach at Napili Bay is next door to this complex and it is very family friendly. The green turtles were so close to the beach, that my wife, who does not swim could reach out and touch them. The Gazebo is an excellent restaurant in the complex.

  Owner response: The ceiling fan in our condo actually has 4 speed settings to choose from. After speaking with the guest it was determined that likely it was just set at the lowest setting.   We found Dan and Donna's condo to be extremely clean, modern, tastefully decorated and well organized. The King-size bed was very comfortable and all the appliances, dishware and ample kitchen gadgets were also clean and well looked after. The dishwasher was certainly very handy. There is also a nice new TV, and Wi-Fi for staying in touch. We really enjoyed the sunny lanai, which is just a few steps away from a nice pool. As for the property itself, Napili Shores is very beautiful and extremely well looked after. I believe it's refered to as a "low-rise". We were not interested in staying way atop a giant tower in Kaanipali, with stairs or elevators and long hallways to get to our room. What we like about Napili Shores is how you can just step outside onto your lanai and it's all right there.There are beautiful palms, flowering tropical plants, a koi pond, pools, barbecue, beach and two good resturants all within a very short walk of your lanai. We also like the fact that you can park right outside your door, which makes it very easy for bringing in your luggage and groceries. Lovely Napili Beach is right beside the property and Kapalua Beach is very short drive or a ten minute walk away. Both are great for swimming or snorkeling. We also enjoyed the Kapalua Ocean Trail. It's an easy hour and a half (return) walk that you can start right from the condo. It goes by some very beautiful homes and beaches with sweeping ocean views of Molokai and past the Kapalua Ritz-Carlton where you'll end up at D.T. Fleming Beach Park. This was our fourth visit to Napili Shores, but our first time at Dan and Donna's condo. My wife and I just love Maui and we will definately be returning to this condo. Owners Dan and Donna were a real pleasure to deal with and we would heartily recommend this condo and Napili Shores without any hesitation.
