LARGEST OF THE ONE BEDROOMS OFFERED AT ISLAND CLUB
Quiet end unit and is the larger 1 bedroom offered at Island club. The unit is beautifully set on the sunny side of the lagoon. New flat screen TV and wireless internet June of 09.
Just on the other side of the Lagoon are 3 swimming pools along with 9 clay tennis courts. Island club is a gated private resort. Excellent for all singles, couples, and families
This villa contains a very comfortable king size bed along with a sleep sofa that is also comfortable. Villa has 1 1/2 baths. Kitchen was remodeled in 2008 and is open to the living and dining area.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances including washer and dryer, all dishes small appliances and cook ware. Living room opens to outside deck overlooking lagoon beautifully landscaped featuring ducks, fish and turtles.
Island club is a 25 acre ocean front property that is beautifully landscaped with plenty of wild life for your viewing pleasure. The pool area has been remodeled with a new water fall and a seasonally heated swimming pool along with kiddy pool and tanning pool.
Tennis and fitness is offered free to our quests. Island club is set on 12 miles of wide beautiful beach, great for long walks and bike riding, swimming or just relaxing.
This Property is Professionally Managed with an On-Site Management Company. Guests stay with peace of mind that a manager is on site for key pick up, payment activity assistance and any maintenance issues if needed. Rates are discounted by booking directly through the owner.

Island club is a well maintained property set on wide beautiful beaches that are less crowded then other parts of Hilton Head without giving up any of the amenities of the high tourist areas. On-site management is easily accessible for all your needs. Island club is close to Savannah as well as Charlestown S.C. for day trips.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Beaches are on site and just a 1 minute walk from the condo. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the facility as well as shopping. Hilton Head offers 23 golf courses both private and public. Island club offers free tennis on 9 courts har tru clay. My wife and I particularly enjoy long walks on the beach, stopping along the way for coffee, breakfast, lunch or drinks. With a full kitchen, we will sometimes boil a bowl of shrimp and drink some good wine from our deck or sitting on the beach in lieu of going out for dinner.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in October. We came to play golf and this property was ideally located to all the courses we played. We found the beach to be a bonus and walked daily for miles at low tide. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The Island Club was well maintained, quiet, and safe. We will return.

What a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and inviting. Anew large flat screen with DVD player in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans glasses, plates, etc...the blender worked splendidly! Far enough away from the noise, yet conveniently close to the beach. The grounds were immaculate. The common grill was always clean and always plenty of gas. For those that can't get away from their computer, all condo's have wireless! I can't wait for next year's stay!

We spent a wonderful week at this condo that has everything. We sat on the patio overlooking a wonderful, peaceful lagoon with wildlife to observe, and the condo has very comfortable and homey furnishings including a fully equiped kitchen. It has everything we could want in a home away from home. It is a quick walk to the beach and ocean and/or pool. Perfect location for water and golf enthusiasts, as well as being close to shopping, touring and fabulous restaurants. It was perfect!

My family had a grand time on our vacation to the Island Club, and we loved staying in this unit. The owners are dreams to work with, the unit was even better than expected, and the resort is superior. I would recommend this unit to anyone with a smaller family. Its location gives privacy yet the apartment is accessible everything a visitor would wish to experience. We will definitely return to the Island Club and we look forward to being a repeat renter in Villa # 237538. Hope you have as much fun as we did!

This listing was accurate regarding the location, appearance and amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially liked the brightness of the living areas and the sunny balcony. The furniture was comfortable and attractive, the new TV was great and having WiFi in the unit was greatly appreciated. New paint and a new commode helped spruce up the master bedroom. It was convenient that there was a gas BBQ right outside the front door and a sheltered area to store bikes. We would definitely, given the opportunity, come back again, and would have no problem recommending this unit to others. We liked walking on the beach, biking on the wonderful bike paths. and just enjoying the lovely surroundings of the Island Club. It was great to come from Canada and see grass greening up and early flowers! We attended the fabulous International Piano Competition, and March was a perfect time to catch up on the Oscar movies. We enjoyed the food and ambience of Carabas just around the corner, Charlie's, Red Fish, and our favourite Mezzaluna for authentic Italian food, live music, and dancing!

I stayed in this villa Jan. & Feb. 2010. It is as lovely as the pictures show it to be. The villa was very clean & nicely decorated. The days were not as warm as I had hoped, but the sunshine coming in the large window & balcony door made it feel wonderful. The king bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities & the big screen TV & wireless internet are great. I felt very comfortable & secure in this villa & on the property. I enjoyed the restaurants & shopping, the local attractions & day trips to Savannah. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to escape the northern winter, it has all the comforts of home & beautiful sunshine too. Oh, don't feed the ducks or everytime you open the balcony door they'll show up. Enjoy.
Owner response:As with most of the country we did experience an unusually cool winter season (2010 )however it quickly turned into an outstanding spring. Great to see our guests gave our villa a 5 star review dispite the cool weather.
