This one bedroom unit is a one-of-a-kind within the complex! Accessible parking is just a few feet away from this first floor unit. The condo has been totally refurbished and nicely appointed with a modern Polynesian touch. The unobstructed view of Bali Hai is usually described by the guests as breathtaking. The beauty of the unit itself, the view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai and the accessibility and convenience of this unit make an unparalleled combination. And it’s all within the fabulous Garden of Eden of the north shore, the Hanalei Bay Resort.
After a day of sight-seeing you might enjoy soaking in the large hot tub surrounded with travertine tile. Two guests are easily accommodated in the unit. The thick pillow-topped Murphy bed assures a good night’s rest after a busy day of sightseeing.
This studio part has a full kitchen. And, of course, all the countertops are granite. Air conditioning is only needed once in a while, but it’s there if you need it. Check your email on the free internet. A beautiful beach shared with the new St. Regis Hotel for great swimming and snorkeling is just a short walk away. And it’s all in close walking distance to all the fabulous HBR amenities like restaurant/bar/parking/tennis/pool.

Hi Dale, I just wanted to take the time to thank you again for letting us stay at your condo. We absolutely loved our time there. We were up around 5 or 6 every day, and loved the peacefulness of the property, the chickens and roosters, the walk down to the ocean, the incredible view from the patio!!! We booked a fancy pants resort for the last bit of our stay, partly to be closer to the south side, but also because we thought we would want that luxury experience. But we were so sad to leave the condo! The resort was lovely, but we really just missed the condo so much. It was exactly our style. Staying at your condo really did make our honeymoon. We can't thank you enough. Hope all is well with you. Thank you again for all of your efforts, and for making our honeymoon unforgettable!

My fiancée and I stayed in #3105 from May 20 – May 27 and were very pleased. The location of the condo within the resort worked out well for us. #3105 is near the parking area, therefore there was never a need to contact the resort for assistance in transportation (they offer transportation services if needed via golf carts) and there was never any noticeable noise from the parking area inside the condo. It is also located near the main pool (about 20 steps away) and the beach path. This particular condo includes a full kitchen, bath (jacuzzi tub/shower), washer/dryer combo and a GORGEOUS view of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai. This was not a particularly large condo, so to save on space the owner has a murphy bed in the living area, rather than a traditional bed, which we found to be very comfortable. Also, it was nice to be able to make the bed and “put it away” so you didn’t have to spend the rest of the day scooting and shuffling around the bed. The location of the resort in Princeville was also very nice. A small shopping area is about 5 minutes away including a grocery store, retail shops, gas station and several restaurants. The small town of Hanalei is about 15 minutes away which includes several other restaurants, small little boutique-like retail shops as well as tourist shops. We spent most of our time on the North side of the island hitting several beaches, snorkeling (Ke’e Beach, Tunnels Beach and Queens Bath), hiking (Kalalu Trail along Napali Coastline) and shopping. We did a day long hike in Waimea Canyon on the west side of the island, which took around 1.5 hours to drive but well worth it. We will definitely be back to Kauai (hoping to get married here next year) and Hanalei Bay Resort.
