Why the Owner Chose Wilmington
It has actually been my residence for the last 10 years, I purchased this because of the location to the beach and access to the waterway. I have enjoyed many years here and have had many guests visit due to the fact that they always feel like they are on vacation when they come.

Boating, (has two boat slips) enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach and enjoying the neighborhood. The privacy and exclusivity. Guest often mention that it reminds them of being in an exclusive home in South Beach. Boat slip large enough for 50' motor yacht. Leasing of motor yacht optional.
