We live in one of the hottest cities in America, Arizona. We wanted a permanent location to use for our family and for rental opportunity. Our interests lead to the purchase of this Pacific Shores Condominium in north Pacific Beach San Diego. Over five years ago, we bought this condominium on quiet Turquoise St. right in the middle of Pacific Beach, Mission beach, and La Jolla beach. We started renting it out as a vacation rental and now we offer special discounts all year round! This silent upscale beach area is the picture-perfect suitable and attractive place for visiting sunshiny San Diego!

The Mission Beach - Pacific Beach Boardwalk, also known as Oceanfront Boardwalk, is a concrete walkway that spans about 3 1/2 miles, from North Pacific Beach to South Mission Beach. Walking, biking, bicycling, and related activities are permitted on the boardwalk, but speed is regulated and must be kept to eight miles per hour or less. Cycles with more than two wheels are not permitted except for use by the disabled. At all times, people must use caution and courtesy in using the boardwalk.

What's not to like? Walking distance to the beach, fully furnished, flat screen plasma tv, fully stocked kitchen, and free wifi, and so much more than I get explain here. Just know that this great unit made our San Diego trip. The next time we take a trip down to San Diego, we are definitely going to try to stay at this place if it is available.

The condo was gorgeous with a home feeling. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. In case we wanted to cook the kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. Our vacation was memorable for my family and I. Everything we needed was there inside the condo. We enjoyed the Olympic pools, BBQ grills, small fitness area, and beach cruisers for the boardwalk. Not to mention that it's close to residential businesses and walking distance from tourmaline beach close to pacific beach. Parking is not an issue, there is a reserved spot. It was fun riding the beach cruisers that were available with my wife and son. We enjoyed our selves for a full week! The WiFi helped me to finish sending some emails for work. What a great place! We were close to the beach and close to our favorite restaurants in bird rock too...great for a family but also fun for our couples weekend!! The pools and jacuzzi were great when we didnt want to get sandy at the beach. They were very comfortable chaises by the poolside and bbq's when we wanted to stay in. Thanks for the great place!
